best ramen ever. You wont regret it.
Very good food, just warning everything almost has a fish sauce base so if you are allergic to seafood like 75% of the menu won't work for you. Although the chicken cutlet curry was phenomenal.
I was really impressed with the IKA GESO KARAAGE. The calamari was perfectly seasoned and had a lovely crispy exterior, while the inside remained tender and chewy. The marinade brought out a nice umami flavor without being too overpowering, and the texture was just right—crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside.
