My wife got me an ice cream cake for my birthday from this location. It was supposed to be mint chip and chocolate cake but we got vanilla. My wife emailed corporate and they said the location will contact us but they never did. We spent $40 on it and we didn’t get what we paid for and they don’t care…

Bubble gum ice cream is great. Waffle cone is large along with the portion. Service is excellent.

Ordered from Door dash received wrong quarts of ice cream even though my receipt shows the correct order. Called several times no one answers except to hang up immediately great customer service ?

Do not recommend for cakes. I ordered a "6" Tall Piñata" cake for my daughter's birthday. I expected a cake that was around 6 inches tall and I don't see how anyone could possibly interpret that height description any other way. The cake I received wasn't even 4 inches tall. I called to see if there was some mistake and they insisted that "this is how the cakes are made" This is blatant false advertising. I drastically overpaid for a 4" tall cake. See pictures for evidence.

I'm not an ice cream person but if I do crave it, it's either Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough or Oreo Cookies and Cream ice cream for me. This time, I was craving a milkshake and since I was in the area, I decided that I had to stop by. After ordering an Oreo Cookies and Cream milkshake, I thought I'd look at the cakes in their freezer. I spotted my favorite cake that always means a special occasion, usually my birthday dessert to myself. It's a 6-8 serving vanilla cake with Oreo Cookies and Cream ice cream. Who buys a 6-8 serving Baskin-Robbins ice cream cake for themselves, you may ask. . . I do! The nice guy working was so pleasant and made my shake quickly but I still had time to grab the cake! Spontaneous, yummy desserts are the most fun! Never mind the judgement I got when I got home and showed off my gift to myself?And yes, minus 2 slices that I shared, the rest I ate by myself!
