We just left after standing in line for 35+ minutes. Bri was the ONLY person helping customers. I understand needing to close at 10:00pm, but it was 9:20 when Catie started cleaning the store, leaving Bri with 23 customers in line to still serve. She began mopping, which caused Bri to slow down, as the floor was wet around her. Catie clearly doesn’t feel taking care of customers comes first, but Bri did a great job serving EVERYONE!!! 👏

I'm not an ice cream person but if I do crave it, it's either Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough or Oreo Cookies and Cream ice cream for me. This time, I was craving a milkshake and since I was in the area, I decided that I had to stop by. After ordering an Oreo Cookies and Cream milkshake, I thought I'd look at the cakes in their freezer. I spotted my favorite cake that always means a special occasion, usually my birthday dessert to myself. It's a 6-8 serving vanilla...

Workers often smell like cigarette smoke, and the cleanliness of the store is questionable, but I've not gotten sick there yet, and they sort of know how to assemble a sundae most of the time.
