I had a strong desire for Filipino cuisine, so I opted for Bautista's in Pearlridge. I ordered pork guisantes and dinuguan, but the plate was quite pricey at $17 for two selections and Arizona iced tea, totaling $21. Food was tasty and portion sizes were huge. Regrettably, the customer service wasn't up to par and failed miserably thus the reason for 2 stars.

Okay, so I know that there are many options that are better in the area of Filipino food. But, I do love that Bautista's is located in the middle of a busy food court at Pearlridge, and almost always has one of the longest lines... That's got to say something! They are fast, they've got good prices, and give large portions! Being that it's an eatery, you at least expect the food to be decent, which it is, for the most part. Personally, I think some of their dishes could use some salt, or tiny adjustments to their recipes though, but that's just my opinion. I also like my adobo to be more vinegary. I really enjoy their lumpia with the spicy vinegar, but they run out fast, so you have to go at the right time. My husband enjoys the pancit and squid guisado. There are lots of tables, being in the food court and all. This is our usual go to lunch spot when we're in this part of the mall.

Very limited as to what I will eat there but I must say the cashier is very slow and they are ALL so very unfriendly.

Really wanted lechon but I wanted two scoops of rice and since the two choice came with two scoops of rice I wanted 2 choice with both lechon. Aunty said no can do so I told her fuck this place. I apologized to aunty cause I thought it was ridiculous but whatever.

Food was ok for food court options! Rice little dry, squid was good and so was Diniguan. Would go here again if I'm in the mood for Filipino food that's already hot n ready to serve(convenience).

It's in Pearlridge Mall. I have been coming here for years, and it's always been good. Getting pricey, though. 3 choice $20. If you was in the Philippines, $5 maybe less...lol...funny how things is much cheaper in their own country but not in the US....?

Standard Filipino plate lunch, served cafeteria style. Good: Love that you can get lechon as a choice. It was the best thing on my plate, salty and very moist. Easy access in the Pearlridge mall, so you don't have to drive out to Waipahu. Cons: Pretty expensive for standard plate lunch ($18 for 2 choice). Cannot get half rice, half pancit like most places. Monggo beans were on the bland side. Entrees we're a little lukewarm/cold.

I'm not sure why their reviews are so low but I went last week and I thought it was pretty good for a mall food court. Honestly, more malls needs Filipino foods as an options. It's always the same thing, Chinese food, Korean food, Japanese food, some type of sandwich shop and chicken fast food. Filipino food doesn't get the love it deserves. The price was a little on the higher end for a plate lunch place but the portions were good, food was tasty and service was quick even though they had a pretty long line when we went. I would come back again!

This is one of my husband's favorite places to eat while visiting Oahu. It works out perfectly since it's located in Pearlridge Center. Our go to items are the pancit, Lechon, squid, and either the adobo or chicken papaya. The portion sizes are good, but we haven't been there in awhile so it may have changed like many places.

The sari sari and guisantes is always spoiled and first thing in the morning too! I think they just heat up from the previous day! DISGUSTING!!! I called to complain and they just hang up the phone on me!! I guess I will stick to golden coin. Workers don't care if they serve spoiled food here.

The food is always delicious & the servers are nice The prices are a little high but there are not a lot of places where you can find pig feet.

Ordered (2) 3-choice plates: chicken papaya, Gisantes, Lechon, Pinakbet & squid Guisado. Gisantes had 2 bite size meat and ALL peas, Pinakbet veggies did not taste fresh, Squid had zero taste and I got no skin pieces of Lechon. Chicken papaya was my only highlight. Ordered 3 piece side Lumpiya which was decent. Customer service could be friendlier. I will only be back for their pigs feet.

The food and service here used to be good. My other half and I were craving Filipino food and were in the area. We both got 2 choice plates. He had rice with dinguan and pinakbet. I had rice with pork guisantes and sari sari. The good was good but the rice had some hard bits in it. The female cashier wasn't very friendly unless she was just having a bad day. Both 2 choice plates, bottled water and 1 can diet pepsi cost around $40 bucks.
