Okay, so I know that there are many options that are better in the area of Filipino food. But, I do love that Bautista's is located in the middle of a busy food court at Pearlridge, and almost always has one of the longest lines... That's got to say something! They are fast, they've got good prices, and give large portions! Being that it's an eatery, you at least expect the food to be decent, which it is, for the most part. Food was ok for food court options! Rice little dry, squid was good and so was Diniguan. Would go here again if I'm in the mood for Filipino food that's already hot n ready to serve(convenience).

I had a strong desire for Filipino cuisine, so I opted for Bautista's in Pearlridge. I ordered pork guisantes and dinuguan, but the plate was quite pricey at $17 for two selections and Arizona iced tea, totaling $21. Food was tasty and portion sizes were huge. Regrettably, the customer service wasn't up to par and failed miserably thus the reason for 2 stars.
