Genki Sushi is a great spot for cheap sushi with a lot of new items on the menu. The wait time is surprisingly fast due to the larger restaurant size. Despite some cleanliness concerns, the old regular items like garlic salmon and kaarages tasted consistently good. The takoyaki was a bit hard, but the spicy bowl was delicious. The Agedashi tofu sauce lacked flavor, and the udon was too chewy, but the fresh food arrived quickly in a fun boat presentation. The new location is spacious, with improved service, and even has a bathroom inside. Overall, Genki Sushi offers a mix of hits and misses, but the good food and service make it a place worth revisiting.
