I asked for the green matcha milk tea with boba and lychee. They dumped ice cream and ice into it and poured the cream. I didn’t like how it looks. So I sent it back. I didn’t get to drink it, because I didn’t want it. I asked for a refund. They’re like “no” because we already made it. I’m never ordering here ever again. Basically, the worst customer service experience. I would rate it a zero if I could.

Just went to this place. There was no one in line and instead of taking my order the cashier was busy looking at his phone. I asked him if they were open. The worker continued to use his phone. When I repeated the question, the cashier looked irritated like I was inconveniencing him. I then told him never mind. I wasn't about to give business to a place with no customer service.

Ordered our drinks from Boba Cha at Pearlridge. There was one attendant on duty. He took our orders then took the orders of the next couple. Instead of doing our orders first he did all four orders at the same time, then gave us our orders along with the next couples mKong us wait approximately 20min. While the smoothies were good, the service could have been better.
