Their Philly cheesesteak taste nothing like thw real Philly cheesecake.

If I could put no stars, I would I usually always come to this Charles place since I work in the mall, but after today’s experience with three Filipino ladies, I’m never going back there again. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak Asked for extra meat I paid the 2.75, Which was fine with me no problem whatsoever with that as I get my sandwich less than three minutes after I ordered it I got the most ugliest half ass made sandwich, And when I Asked the lady if they put extra meat on it because it did not look like there was no extra meat whatsoever on there she said yes she did and I said oh really it doesn’t look like you guys put any extra meat . I told her if she can’t put a little bit more extra meat on there which it shouldn’t have been a problem at ALL !!!! than I would like my money back because that was really unacceptable.. instead of being a good employee and a good worker And just adding A little bit more extra meat on there, she decides to close my box and grab it and throw it away and told the other lady to give me my money back . Realistically That’s really bad service the most unbelievable servant I ever got and I’ve worked in restaurants for nine years. That’s terrible. Unacceptable and I really wish the owner would do something about it. So I took my 20 bucks, and I went to Subway asked for the same thing with extra meat
And I got exactly what I asked for loaded with extra me. That’s the DIFFERENCE between Charles and Subway , I can’t believe I picked Subway over Charles subway gave me what Charles couldn’t. I truly hope this message gets back to the owner and he does something immediately about it. I was so mad at her. I couldn’t even take a picture of that ugly sandwich from Charlie’s.

Most delicious ultimate fries I've ever had and that's coming from someone who has eaten at almost every fast food place this is no ordinary fast food place this is a fry place

Fast and Friendly Services. Food Portions are huge. Everything is homemade and fresh. They make good Philly Cheesesteak and been eating there since they first opened 30 years ago.

I ❤ The Club With Bacon Sandwich With Extra Pickles. The Bread is so good, nice soft & Chewy. But the price $17.00 for a meal is not worth it, it's the same portion size as before

The menu has breakfast. I try to order the steak egg sandwich. “We don’t do breakfast here.” Take that off your menu then or cover it. Terrible

Bought my wife a gift for her Birthday

Not a good representation of the franchise. My lunch from this location was a horrible experience. I ordered the jalapeño pepper fries along with a sandwich. They must have been out of “official” ingredients and substituting what they could find. Part of the fries were very undercooked, a combination of hard and soggy (how is that even possible!?) white potato making the undercooking painfully obvious. Instead of the same ingredients as other locations, the melted cheese on the fries was a light yellow color that looked like cheap melted American cheese. The sandwich was covered with so much iceberg lettuce that it drowned out the other flavors. That may have been a good thing as the grill-warmed meats were covered with flakes of dry and burnt residue from the filthy grill. Even the bread had burnt crumbs from the grill on it. I wouldn’t go to this location.

Cashier was rude. I'm an employee in the mall and I know they give discount for certain items. I told I work in the mall....she said," for one item only"...granted it's just fries...that still covers the taxes. They dont even were name tags.
