I come here often for a quick lunch and something sweet. The workers are nice and warming and the food is decent. The mornings are busy so be careful if you're tight on time, they do their best to get people out of the line with only a couple people working. Generally enjoy this location.

I want to give a 5 * thank you to area Supervisor Frank Sua and to Manager Yolanda Acosta at the Pearl Ridge Dunkin Store.We visit my wife's family in Aiea every year. We will be certain to shop at this Dunkin.We had an issue that Mr. Sua immediately read, and addressed. I went to see Store Manager Ms. Acosta, and she worked with us to resolve the issue. You could not ask for more. Thank you to these good folks at Dunkin... much appreciated.

This one girl MIKA was so rude a disrespectful she literally ripped my hair out and spit in my breakfast taco. She is mentally ill and needs to be put in an old folks home!!!!

I love the cream filled donuts. Sometimes I get there later in the day and they are sold out of the cleanM filled I nest.
Cashier in the mornings is very rude and cold. I asked multiple questions about a deal that allows you to buy a coffee and get a discount on a meal item. I order thinking I am getting the deal only to find out that I did not select the right items. The cashier made me think I am getting the deal only to find out I did not. Manager just tells me oops sorry. Food is good, atmosphere is good. The management and especially the cashier need to be replaced.

Mid donuts. Honestly their plain glazed/cake donuts are the best ones, I don’t like how their creams and specialty glazes taste. The price isn’t even that great. You can find better tasting and cheaper donuts at pretty much any grocery store.
