Saw a dead bug on the baby corn, and noticed mold on the pumpkin after I already put some in the soup. Mgr said sorry but wouldn't change the soup or give us any kind of discount. We will never go back there again.

The service was horrible, the worst one out of all the restaurants I’ve been to. I walked in with my family they looked at us then walked away, we have to talk to one of them for them to give us a seat. We had five people but they only give us 4 pieces of napkins, we ate the half way and my pot dried out, they saw it and had to ask if I wanted to add more water. What kind of stupid question was that? One of our pot even burnt. Worst experience I’ve ever had. We were forced to pay the tips of 38 dollars, not worth it at all.

I began to feel sick just when we started eating and I ended up not eating. I asked if I could pay partial since I had maybe 4 spoons of food. They are so greedy and charged me full price. Never going back.

I had the lamb and pork meats with the plain original broth. The meat selections were fresh, especially the lamb, which had a rich flavor that paired perfectly with the simplicity of the broth. The original broth was light but flavorful enough to let the meats shine, creating a great base to build on with sauces and vegetables. It was a satisfying, no-fuss experience that hit the spot for a cozy, comforting meal.

Really great food! Usually not a long wait. Keep in mind that if you have more than 4 people in your party that you will have to sit at different tables. Other than that this is a nice place to eat at!

My go-to Shabushabu place, just be aware of what time you go and how busy it is in the restaurant as that can really affect your experience and service. But overall its always a good time and the produce/meats are fresh.Definitely try their calamari appetizer. Its simple but very delicious with the sauce!
