We finally tried Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodles at Pearlridge Mall, and OMG… the original pork bone soup was SO good! 🤤 The broth was flavorful and comforting, definitely one of my favorites.
We also ordered the mixed rice noodles with pig cutlet and pig’s ear, and everything was really good. We also got some dim sum on the side and honestly, we loved everything we ordered!

Located upstairs at Pearlridge Center Mall, the restaurant is clean and decorated with traditional Chinese décor, providing a modern twist on Yunnan’s staples with a very nice presentation. The fish maw and chicken rice noodle dish remains a highlight, while the bone base soup with fatty beef is flavorful and not overpowering. Customers enjoy the mix of 8 or 9 small dishes of ingredients in the soup with the rice noodles, making for a delightful meal. The soufflé pancake dessert is light, fluffy, and perfectly complements the meal. The golden hot and sour soup is flavorful but very spicy, and the fried calamari appetizer is also excellent. The place also serves boba tea and has vegetarian options available. There is free parking and wheelchair accessibility, although the elevator may not always be working. The friendly and attentive staff enhance the dining experience, making it a great stop for those craving hot pot style food.
