I've been to Japan since then I've been craving for a good bowl of ramen. This is the closest I've tasted so far. I love the Spicy Tan Tan Ramen. I usually get level 5, a side order of goyza and a side order of their spicy sauce. The spicy sauce is good but I think it's a little over priced for such a small portion.
My sister and I were visiting Hawaii and stayed on the other side of the island, we decided to get ramen on our last day of the trip. Goma Tei has a very high rating on Yelp so we were very excited to try it out! Truffle Ramen - nice broth, the noodles taste like soba noodles so it was unexpected Tan Tan Noodle with Wonton - the noodles are too soft (overcooked?) One of the best and most original ramen I have ever had! It is not a traditional Japanese ramen restaurant but more an Asian fusion one. The menu offers several options out of the ramen and some original ones such as the mapo tofu ramen. It was an amazing combo of two delicious Asian specialties. It was generous, not too spicy and fulfilling. The service was very fast after we ordered, we did not have to wait long to eat. Must to try if you want to enjoy some unique ramen
