This is going to sound dramatic. I cannot emphasize enough the beauty of my bowl of roasted tan tan ramen. I loved every spoonful. It was my first time eating it and I’m consulting the AI robots to try to figure out how to recreate it (I was visiting from the Midwest and there’s simply no equivalent where I live). Probably one of my favorite dishes consumed on my vacation.
