The reason I rate this the way it is, is because, one food is on spot great and delicious, really good! But Service… I don’t why but after we got are food we stopped getting served for water and other stuff we need, like they were serving other tables, I’m not sure if anyone had the same experience but once we were finished we just sat and wait the whole time for the check, no one came… no one ask if we needed anything we didn’t know what to do, so after like half an hour of sitting there we just went up too the front counter. And that’s when they freaked out… we payed so don’t worry… but they need too be able too mange all the tables.

Good food and love the spicy mala rice noodle. Would definitely come back! Great service as well!

A very nice surprise when my daughter took me here today. The hot sour soup was excellent and the only thing I didn't like was that the noodles were super slippery and hard to grasp with the chopsticks. But the flavors were spot on and the fried calamari appetizer was Ono. No sauce needed for the calamari. The pancake (soufflé) strawberry dessert was also delish and don't forget the ice cream with the dessert. My daughter forgot to order the vanilla scoop for $2. This place is a must try if you're in Pearlridge.

Interesting concept. Noodles came out in stone pot dishes. I wouldn't say that I'd come back for a second time. Service was mediocre. Taste was mediocre. Overall, it was alright. But if you're looking for a good spicy soup, this is the spot to try! They do not mess with their spice level!

The service was impeccable with a lot of guidance on what to order. The brisket was so tender and the mixture of all the soup contents made the broth taste amazing. I loved that I could get milk tea with my meal too. The soufflé pancakes were amazing as well. I wish I had photos but we ate too fast! Definitely have to come back and try other items on the menu!

Love their noodles! One of the places I'll actually go to the mall for. Their appetizers do provide a good selection. The service has always been very good whenever I go. If you haven't been there you should!

We wanted a late night snack and found this interesting but pot themed restaurant. They have an assortment of ramen noodle bowls that are quite good and filling. But the main attraction was the large bowl of hot broth and the tray of ten ingredients that you add to the broth to complete your meal. You then wait ten seconds to let the broth cook the meat and veggies etc. You have a choice of two different flavors broth. They also have tasty appetizersVery good and friendly service. Reasonable prices.

Itʻs a shame when establishments like this pass on what is supposed to be their cost to operate to their customers. Iʻm pretty sure the 3% merchant fee for credit card transactions should be absorbed by the business rather than passed on to the consumer. First and last time eating here. Will not be recommending this place.

Heard about this new restaurant from my cousin so decided to check it out. She recommended R2 Original Fatty Beef Rice Noodles and R3 Original Beef Brisket Rice Noodles both served with Pork Bone Soup so that's what we ordered. It comes with Chives, Onion, Green Onion, Quail Egg, Goji Berries, Wood Ear Fungus, Meat Paste, Ham Bean Curd, Corn and Lettuce. When all is served, you: * add the beef and lettuce * add the rest of the ingredients and stir well * add the rice noodles, wait for 10 seconds then ready to eat Both were very good but I thought the R3 Original Beef Brisket Rice Noodles had more taste due to the seasoned brisket. They have 4 different flavors of Soufflé Pancakes for dessert. We ordered the Chocolate with Oreo Chip Soufflé Pancake for dessert...it was awesome! The soufflé pancake was so soft...the texture kind of reminded me of a Japanese Cheesecake. As for the chocolate sauce, it wasn't really sweet...it was tasty. I would definitely order this again! The interior was so nice, clean and spacious. All the workers there were so nice and helpful. Whether they were working up front or in the kitchen, they would ask us how we're doing when passing our table. FYI: They accept credit cards but charges 3% service fee. Military receives 10% off on Mondays and Seniors on Tuesdays.

I visited this restaurant a handful of times. Tried noodles and soufflé pancakes. The little side dish ingredients for you to add in the boiling noodles is a fun gimmick. The soup tastes good. As for the soufflé pancakes, Oreo is my fav! It's fluffy but somehow I was expecting a warmer pancake... it's cold.

Service was great. Ambiance was good. Not sure if I'm a fan of the food; different... Nice that we were given a gift for our next visit... a free special drink.

It was pretty good, price isn't bad, loved the mantou (fried bread). I got the R2 original fatty beef, it was nice. Didn't love it, but it was good. We also ordered the strawberry soufflé pancake. THAT was to die for! I would highly recommend this place just for that and the mantou!

Saw a feature on the local TV station. First time trying this new restaurant at Pearlridge Shopping Center, just across from the Satellite City Hall. I had the Hot and Sour Soup (no pic, sorry). My GF had the garlic chicken and the fried calamari... Both were delicious! Of course there was enough for takeout boxes of each dish!

Some of the best Beef Tendon I've had. But the rest of the experience was ok. Sort of seemed like a "hotpot" experience. The pancakes are great!
