Friendly and welcoming. I got the fried turkey from here. (first time) It was suggested by a friend, cause they got theirs nice and hot the year before and ready to eat. I was excited to finally taste a fried turkey. My pick up time was at 11am, Thanksgiving day. To my amazement, the turkey was cold and had to be put in the oven for about 2hrs. Man, was i pissed. We were vacationing in Hawaii and our daughter was ecstatic to find this place! The service was great and the atmosphere was pleasant with good music and a wide screen television. I personally loved the scriptures written on the booths! The food was piping hot delicious from the ribs, the catfish, black eyed peas, greens and the Mac and cheese was amazing! The corn bread was moist and so good! The portions were large we had leftovers! Loved this hidden gem!
