Employees look miserable. I ordered and waited 15 min for sandwich just to realize they forgot my order.. Waited another 15 min for them to throw a frozen sanwich in microwave and it was not even thawed in middle when I finally got it. Gave it back and left... I'd lost my appetite. None of the employees seemed to care. Not going back to that Jamba Juice.

What a disappointing experience. Two employees were extremely rude, showing no enthusiasm, kindness, or even basic customer service. They constantly rolled their eyes, and the only smile I saw was when they were laughing in the back, making smart remarks with their coworkers.

On top of that, my acai bowl was poorly made—completely watery, with unblended chunks of ice. It’s truly unfortunate to see these young adults behaving so disrespectfully.. If you apply for a job, at least make an effort to do it properly. Rudeness behind the counter doesn’t make you look “cool”; it just reflects poorly on the business and your character.

The peanut butter mood was the worse I ever had!!! The boy was to busy talking to his friend who came by the cashier \\u0026 took him a fee minutes to help us. Will not order from there again!!! Terrible!!!

Absolutely disgusting! My family and I ordered and then proceeded to watch the employees drop to the floor on their hands and knees looking for a bug or rodent I’m honestly not sure…they all got up and started making food and drink WITHOUT washing their hands or even changing their gloves!!!!! When we requested a refund they just couldn’t figure out why! Stay away!!

Poor service from your store. Ths is my second complaint. The first one was a year ago so nothing is changed.I was standing there waiting to order and another group comes up to the other register and I guess cause I’m standing at the wrong register when they finally come up to service they go to the other group first and they knew I was standing there because she looked up at me before. boycotting you and giving you bad reviews. No 3rd chances. Horrible customer service training!!!

It shouldn't take me 30+ minutes to find a Jamba bc you are too ignorant or lazy to have a directory. It's a nightmare. Maps doesn't tell you which building what stores and restaurants are at. Y'all need to have signs and electronic directories that tells people where everything is! Unacceptable!The restaurants aren't just in one food court. There are two different buildings and a few different food courts and then on top of that there are restaurants scattered around the mall upstairs and down. Horrible organization

Had to wait 10 mins just to order paid $8 for my juice to get slammed on the counter with no napkins to hold the cup because it's cold ask for some but dude slammed it and walked off . Bad service at the jamba juice not ordering here next time.
