I work in the mall and i always order my smoothie 20 minutes before going on my break and every single time i get to the counter nobody is there. i find myself tiptoing above the side window trying to get somebody's attention and my order isn't even ready nor did they start on it. They never greet me and they never smile or acknowledge me or apologize. their customer service is below par and even the managers don't seem to be properly trained. They are always eating when they approach the counter or stay in the back while a long line forms in front. Some days i go to order and i can hear them laughing and goofing off in the back. I even came up to the counter and was asked what my order was and when i told him, i assume he was the manager, he started to make my order but then went on to answer his phone and have a personal conversation right in front of me stalling my order further. If i had a longer break i would not be a loyal customer to this location. but i strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND you waste your time here especially if you dont have an extra 15 mins to spare waiting on someone to approach the counter and take your order.

Nothing about this place is anything but FRESH! Came here to get a lychee loaded hawaiian bowl for lunch.I don't even think I got the lychee flavor as it tasted nothing like lychee. Toppings were all NAILZ. The banana slices could've been used for banana bread at this point, strawberries and blueberries were over ripped. Pineapples were mushy AF. The workers were drinking in front of the customers. Orange we're thrown to the top of the juicer as if he was making a swoop into a basketball net. I did appreciate the fact that one of the workers were cleaning the monitors. What a disappointment on a $10.99 bowl.

Hubby wanted to claim his small drink for his belated birthday. His birthday was back on March 23. He also ordered a large orange dream for me and our daughter to share. We got two separate straws. Good thing because my daughter couldn't finish it, so I finished the rest lol. The orange dream is okay. I'm not much of a slush drinker. I prefer tea, lemonade or diet Coke. Slushes give me brain freeze lol. The orange dream tasted okay. Not enough orange flavor. This is located inside the mall at the food court right next to Starbucks. They were pretty busy so we waited a little while. It seems as if they were short staffed. They had the cashier doing the cashier and making drinks. I do however like the lychee flavor but my daughter didn't care for it. She said the orange dream was sour.I totally agree and needed to be sweeter. This location is just okay.

Absolutely disgusting! My family and I ordered and then proceeded to watch the employees drop to the floor on their hands and knees looking for a bug or rodent I’m honestly not sure…they all got up and started making food and drink WITHOUT washing their hands or even changing their gloves!!!!! When we requested a refund they just couldn’t figure out why! Stay away!!

Had a gift card from Christmas and finally remembered to stop by and check this place out. Seemed pretty busy but my order didn't take long. I had the lychee with boba. Hubby had the aloha pineapple. Staff seemed busy and on task with orders. Now the drink flavors were good, the only thing i did not like was the boba size!!! I'm use to the fresh big boba that is chewy. This was not that!! It was like small gummies instead. My daughter didn't care for the small boba but my husband did.

I have been wanting to try the egg bake (spring veggie) but it has been sold out, but I saw it here so I went for it! Not very impressed. First, it took a very long time for them to warm it up (not sure if the toaster is malfunctioning). Then once I went to take it out of the bag, it was still frozen in the center! I went back and asked them to reheat it. Once it was reheated, it was just ok. There were very few veggie specks in it and it was not worth the price. Glad I tried it, will not get it again.

As a self proclaimed hypochondriac who doesn't want to get sick let alone come down with COVID , this is my drink of choice. I swear it works for me. On Sunday my preschool grandkiddie started having a runny nose. By Monday my chest started feeling tight and I had a mild cough. To save hubs from going 3x a day I told him to get me three of this drink and he did. It tasted extra good for some reason. I drank 2 on Monday and one on Tuesday. You know what? Coincidence or a true remedy helper, this is the drink for me. I also like their Orange Dream, Chocolate Mood and Matcha Blast if I'm looking for some refreshment. The grandkids like White Gummi. Feel like having a healthier option than milk tea or Halohalo or iced coffee or a Coca Cola Zero? You might want to visit your closest Jamba Juice shop. Service is always quick and reliable. The store is bright, clean and embodies healthiness. Happy holidays! Stay well.

As far as this location goes, the workers don't have the best customer service to begin with. Came last week and ordered my regular drink. I had the girl repeat it back to me but when the drinks were made it was incorrect and so I mentioned that to her and she had an attitude about it. Then today I went to order some fresh juice and 2 workers had different excuses. One said machine was down, another said they already cleaned it. I highly doubt it was down as a former JJ worker this was an excuse/lie we weren't allowed to use as we could get in trouble. AND on top of that they had cleaned it an hour before closing... it doesn't take very long to wash it therefore the machine should've still been in use for at least another 30 minutes. This younger generation needs to stop being lazy..

Well during Christmas I received a gift card for $5. I was walking around Pearlridge mall decided to get a Jamba drink . So I decided to use my gift card didn't realize their small drink is over $6... wow ! I haven't been here for ages I guess I thought the $5 gift card will cover. I had to pay a additional out of my pocket to cover the cost. Got my favorite Orange Dream at it was very refreshing it taste like a dreamcicle ice cream yummy . Fast service very friendly staff but very crowded for that price I'm good maybe couple times a year lol .. Be safe and Happy "2022"
