My other craze is the Almond Cookies! Funny thing is I don't usually eat almond cookies. Look how thick they are - and not sweet at all. The almonds are thinly sliced without a lot of crunch. Delicious dessert or snack. These also make ideal gifts for the holidays. I still stop by at least twice a week for the coconut cream bun. The lady behind the counter hasn't gotten tired of me yet! A friend just gave me a soft, fresh loaf of bread and I didn't know what flavor it was until I cut it open and took a bite. Coconut!! Absolutely delish - delicate, fresh, soft and I could eat the whole loaf in one sitting but I won't. I'm going to try some as French toast too!
