September 13, 2025. Today I bought the potato wedges before I go work!! Because I bought it last time last week, and it was good. So ono, but howcome today it looks like its old and stale. They gave me old warmed up potato wedges. I’m disappointed ☹️ I will make sure its the cashiers I know working, because I know they won’t give me old stale food.

Lady’s bathroom out of service so I had to use the men’s. It was filthy. Sink digusting.. The floor of the restaurant looks dirty, dusty. Need mopping.Food was good

I haven’t had KFC for a super long time, but because a friend bought us lunch yesterday, I was able to taste how things are now. My meal was decent. The chicken strips were not juicy but meaty. Strips are normally on the dry side but at least they were seasoned properly. I used my own BBQ sauce because I wasn’t interested in the ones provided. I’m not a Cole Slaw eater so instead I had two biscuits. They were on the dry side because when I cut one open it was crumbling apart which I really hate but at least they gave me a packet of honey for each one. With the honey it was definitely elevated so I was pleased. Had a Diet Coke which I rarely drink but my meal was free so was absolutely fine with that. An average meal, but it was bought by a kind heart so it to me tasted even better! Sorry I didn’t take a picture of the cole slaw from my husband’s meal box, but It was your average cole slaw along with the mashed potatoes and gravy A meal I definitely appreciated. Not sure how well KFC will do thru 2025 but at least they are better than CFA thru my experience.

You guys are a rip off at Aiea, HI . I ordered (2) 2pc meal original and got 2- skimpy drum sticks in my box . I paid $20 for this? I didn't check until I got home. Chicken 🍗 size is small that feeds a toddler. Even the thigh is small. Called the store more than 10 times to complain but they don't answer. Check your box at the window before you leave. Disappointed will never go there again. I will complain to upper management and showing my pic's. The photo doesn't justify the true size

The chicken was super dry, and the service was honestly terrible. My friends and I were standing in front of the menu for a while trying to figure it out, since it was our first time there and the menu was really confusing. When the lady who was in the drive thru at 1:30pm finally came back, we politely asked for the price, and instead of helping us, she just pointed at the menu without saying anything, like we didn’t just spend 5 minutes trying to read it. Then she walked off to the drive-thru and left us standing there. We were literally wondering what we did wrong. Definitely not coming back, please do better Aiea KFC!
Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service! Older lady couldn’t even hear me properly to take my order the 4x I repeated it. Then she proceeded to overcharge me for something I didn’t ask for. I returned back to the store to refund the meal and she argued with me the entire time with a ridiculous attitude. Dont bother coming here!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered 2 piece meal. I asked for two thighs, they gave me a thigh and a breast. I told them and they took it back and took the chicken I touch and put it back on the rack with the other chicken. Not knowing if my hands were clean or not. It makes me wonder how many times they have done this. Then I ask for fresh fires they gave me old fires and the lady to the other person " I told you she wanted fresh fires and that I would notice". Then when I asked for a remake for my fires she told me that they turn off their fryer an hour early before they closed. I told her why is she lying then she went to drop my old fries in the fryer then took it out mixed it with the old fires. After that I was like can I just get my money back. This place is nasty as hell never again. ZERO STARS

I'm mystified about all the negative reviews by other customers here, as my experience at this location 2 days ago was fine. The service was as prompt and friendly as usual, the atmosphere was clean and inviting (with no screaming, annoying brats running around in it like the average Mcdonald's), and the food was as delicious as ever. And KFC still has the best, sweetest fruit punch of any resturaunt I've ever tasted besides Zippy's (what a relief it was to have that to drink during my customary endless wait for a bus to get back home, on a blazing hot afternoon!). I almost wonder if most of the bizaare complaints on this site are from rival resturaunts just making up grievances, because I've been coming to this KFC resturaunt dozens of times over the years and never had any problem.
