The manager working on New Year’s Eve evening shift deserves extreme credit - he has excellent customer service! He addressed a minor order discrepancy with extreme professionalism and put the customer first. Of course the food is great too - hot, fresh, and delicious. But I really appreciate the manager’s dedication to service. I wish I had gotten his name but mahalo!

We had a coupon and honestly, it's been around 30 years since I've been to a KFC. But we were in the mood for fried chicken and figured let's try it out!We pulled up to the drive-through, said we had a coupon, and the person said to pull up to drive through window to see if the coupon would work.He looked at it (8 piece chicken dinner) and said it would work and we asked for all dark meat original, with mashed potato, coleslaw, gravy, and biscuit sides.We paid, he quickly got our food, gave it to us, and we drove off! Easy peasy!When we got home, we were pleasantly surprised. The chicken was fresh, hot, and tasty. Sides were decent and arranged well.Overall, the experience was outstanding! Super easy and fast dinner, tasty, and a good price. We don't eat fried chicken too often, but nice to know KFC is close by and not a bad option! I give it 5 stars because with KFC, you know what you're going for and it delivered on our expectations.

Ordered two 3 piece tenders and two bottles of water. Was charged $14.99. Got back to Pali Momi to find one 3pc and two bottles. Bonus was cold tenders that was pronounced sitting around for awhile considering how hard they were.Spoke to the guy on the phone and apparently it's $8.99 for 3 tenders and 75% empty box and $2.99 for each bottle water. He was nice and handled it well. Guess I should have checked before leaving.be carful when buying from here. Overpriced.

I don't look forward to showing him the damage. The drive through here is a rim eater. SO BEWARE!! Super narrow, curvy and hardly visible. Got me good. This lunch may end up costing me $500 now.The food was good. I always ask for freshly made. A 5 minute extra wait to eliminate the possibility of getting chicken that has been sitting under heaters all day. The only problem was it was not what I asked for. Spicy Chicken sandwich was regular. The potato's and gravy for side ended up being French fries. The diet soda somehow turned to something else. Maybe DP?

$17.51 for this. Lol the couple before me with a small child's food came out to $66! Kimchee 7 in the same shopping area has better food and is cheaper. Never again. I guess someone's got to pay for the new paint job outside the store.
We ordered a large sweet with no ice and at first the drink had ice. So we let the server know it should be a sweet with no ice. Then when he came back with our new drink it was now the raspberry tea with no ice. We didn't notice until we got home and drank it that it was definitely not their usual super sweet

I went to Moanalua KFC and ordered a family pack. 8 chickens, 2 sides, 4 biscuits and a small gravy, along with a pot pie. Over $50. I requested changing the biscuits for another side. I was answered with no, cannot.I ordered 2 coleslaws for my sides and it states it on the receipt. Got mashed potatoes. Tried calling the store over 5 times, called Kazi foods, at least 4 times to get a recording. I'm wondering if they think that no one answers the phone, can avoid complaints. I left a message on the recording. Terrible service and I do expect it to be right for the amount I spent for chicken that wasn't that great! Seriously... Terrible!No one answers the phone at the store, even Pearl City. I tried calling to get in touch with someone!
