Bad customer service, disgusting attitude and looks, and the food is so cold and nasty, I always get Panda Express and from here it’s so bad, and I hate the customer service soooo much, completely ruined my day smh

I ordered the Honey Sesame Chicken Breast bowl with white rice and super greens. What I got was a sad scoop of rice, slimy vegetables, and absolutely no chicken. Not even a stray piece. I paid over $10 (plus tip!) for this, and what I got was basically steamed disappointment in a box. If I wanted bland veggies and rice, I could’ve just stared into my fridge at home.

Food is great. Atmosphere is amazing inside the center. Your process for online orders is not 100%. Had a soda ordered and it was not apart of the order. Recommend to put it with the order/put it in the bag so when the customer comes to pick up the order, it is included. I left without all the items in the bag, assuming all items were in the bag. I'll take the cost hit, but will hit you with the review to fix.

Went to pandas to purchase a drink with my cashapp card, didn’t noticed till a few days they charged me for the drink and then a whole separate transaction right after that was charged idk how. Tried filing a dispute and contacting the establishment but no answer.

I ordered the three item meal. One item was teriyaki chicken. They left out the teriyaki, very bland and very fatty. No teriyaki flavor whatsoever. I ordered the greens instead of the fried rice or chow mein. The broccoli was as close to raw as it could be and I’d like my vegetables, crunchy, but this was ridiculous Ordered the mushroom chicken and even the mushrooms were barely cooked so disappointed. They ran out of greens as it was my turn and I stood and waited for them and clearly they were in too big of a rush to do a good job. As in all panda express, they wait until the pan is completely empty before they will refill it , so you either get old food it’s been sitting there or you wait for the new food and your chances of it being cooked properly are very slim.

Online it says they open at 10 am... walked over to buy a drink and some eggrolls and they were closed! It was 11 am already! False advertisement! I ended up skipping the eggrolls and buying a drink from subway since they actually were open. You had way more than enough staff to open a register by 10 and on top of that they didnt even have a sign that they were closed at least 3 to 4 of us were waiting and not a single employee said a word
