I ordered the three item meal. One item was teriyaki chicken. They left out the teriyaki, very bland and very fatty. No teriyaki flavor whatsoever. I ordered the greens instead of the fried rice or chow mein. The broccoli was as close to raw as it could be and I’d like my vegetables, crunchy, but this was ridiculous Ordered the mushroom chicken and even the mushrooms were barely cooked so disappointed. They ran out of greens as it was my turn and I stood and waited for them and clearly they were in too big of a rush to do a good job. As in all panda express, they wait until the pan is completely empty before they will refill it , so you either get old food it’s been sitting there or you wait for the new food and your chances of it being cooked properly are very slim.

Food is great. Everything taste as it should. Service this time was very fast and neat. The ambiance is inside a malls food court. Place is clean. Food is fresh. Cooks in the back work very hard and look like they enjoy what they do. Can't go wrong with the one choice bowl and I love how they ask you to round up you total and donate it to charity.

So yeah I had fried OLD AND Lumpy rice mixed with some new rice but I never had LUMPY ROCK LIKE RICE BEFORE. Tried to call them to complain but just my luck nobody answers the phone because they know the complaints coming in fast. Then you get stall fortune cookies with meh wisdom messages. I'm sure it's just one of those unfortunate days. But the experience was so unfortunate. Not on my radar for awhile. Always ask that they make it to order, a fresh batch. Don't let the wait time discourage your order processing.Get it hot and fresh!!!

Online it says they open at 10 am... walked over to buy a drink and some eggrolls and they were closed! It was 11 am already! False advertisement! I ended up skipping the eggrolls and buying a drink from subway since they actually were open. You had way more than enough staff to open a register by 10 and on top of that they didnt even have a sign that they were closed at least 3 to 4 of us were waiting and not a single employee said a word

They are really sweet it was closing and they hook me up Hella fat giving me all the leftovers we’re not left over do you know what I mean before the remainder food, so I really appreciate it. They were so kind. I was only wanting to get something small, but then they just hook me up with everything. So so that is amazing. You guys should definitely come here because the ladies here awesome thank you aunties ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Our 2 plate order was a disaster. We ordered online to pick up food from Panda and also grabbed other food from Charleys and Kyoto. We asked for our order at the online counter and were told that it was not in their system. I asked again if this was the location by Tj Maxx and she said yes but it's not there. So we took all our other food from other locations and had to drive across to the other Panda by the Monorail. We left our food in the car and stood in line to find out that it wasn't at that Panda either. Our coworker called Panda about her order and was told that it was ready at the first location. So we drove back AGAIN to the first location and waited to speak with "J-" who said our order was not there before and it was not even made yet. She said that it popped up in the system 10 mins after the pick up time. I don't feel that she checked as thoroughly as the employee at the other location. She apologized but this TOOK OUR ENTIRE LUNCH BREAK to pick up 2 plates. I will be going to the other Panda location from now on.
