Ordered mini kalbi plate, my friend right before me ordered bbq chicken. Her plate came out within 5 minutes-hot, fast, what she had ordered. She ate her meal before I got up to stand by the pick up area, there was no one in line after my order until a woman came and ordered a vege plate and then a telephone order came in. At 10 minutes I figure they are cooking it, at 5 the forgot and it wasn’t ready for 20+ minutes until I asked for my $ back. WTH? Lost a customer- Terrible service

It is really hard for my to write this, as I am not one to really complain about my food. Yesterday 07/06 I ordered a combination plate (fish jun, BBQ chicken, and added mandoo) When I received my order I questioned where the sauces and mandoo was and the ladies responded that it was inside the plate. Feeling reassured that I didn't have to double check/open up the plate I left the mall and drove home to town.Once I got home excited to eat, my BBQ chicken was missing and the fish jun was soggy and cold as if it was sitting for a long time. I tried calling multiple times but no one answers the 808-484-2988 number. As it was a inconvenience to drive all the way back to pearlridge. My order should of been correct in the first place.

Came here 10/12/22 Ordered fish jun plate but they gave me meat jun instead. Cashier wasn’t paying attention much to customers she kept talking to her co worker while taking order.

I'm a huge fanatic of Pearls Korean BBQ! I love their meat Jun! Unfortunately this mini meat jun was our luck! I ordered a mini meat Jun for my other half...... without rice, Choi sum, long rice noodles, and shoyu potatoes and she noticed the small roach on her shoyu potatoes! That made her sick to her stomach. How can we ensure this won't happen again? I do not recommend this business to anyone. I will take my business elsewhere. It is very unfortunate but I will rather not take another chance at having a roach in my food.

It's been a long time since we went to the mall, went this past weekend. Genki Sushi was a 30-45 minute waiting, decided to check out the food court area (bad mistake). I choose Pearl's Korean BBQ (again bad mistake) mix plate chicken & beef. Service was ok, not sure if under staffed (ordering was quick, waiting for food took awhile) but food quality was absolutely horrible (chicken & beef)! Vegetables -Kim chee, bean sprouts, seaweed and watercress was good, chicken had no taste, beef was over cooked with a salty taste. Some much bbq sauce from beef & chicken it ruined the rice underneath. Sorry to say, very disappointed in Pearl Korean bbq, next time will wait for Genki Sushi, if I ever go back to the mall.

Had to go shopping for clothes and stopped for lunch . I had a mini but she used a big place . Meat Jun with Kim Chee and Mac salad. Not bad crunchy Kim Chee , creamy Mac and the meat jun was great
It's really hard for me to give this review! This was actually my husbands favorite go to while at Pearlridge! I took a special trip to the mall to grab a take our dinner from Pearls Korean BBQ. I knew that the they close at 8pm. I got to the counter at 7:30pm and I was ready to order when the lady said that they only accept cash! And she shared that because they are closing soon so their register for credit card is closed. She also said that they close at 7:50pm. I ran to the nearest ATM to get cash and returned. I placed my order for a combination fish jun and meat jun. I was told that they were out of fish jun so I said to make it all meat jun. I was then told that they only have enough to make a mini meat jun plate. The lady that was helping me was very rude and I didn't really understand what she was saying - she then raised her voice and said "there's only two pieces". I felt like they were more worried about closing up! Mind you it was only about 7:45pm. It's apparent that customer service was not priority!

Decided to get a 10 piece side of fried mandoo for my dinner. Service is ok. Speed in getting my food, ok. Food. Just ok. Mandoo is ground beef with a tiny bit is round onions, maybe some other veggies, not sure. Fried pretty crispy but is oily. Taste is ok but nothing awesome. Sauce was the downfall. If you have other items, the sauce would be ok but not when mandoo is all you are eating. I was asked if I wanted shoyu and that's pretty much what's in the sauce except for a bit of vinegar. If the sauce had been better, this would have been a much better meal. I had to ask for chopsticks. Wasn't given any napkin. Not sure if there's a sign saying I must ask, but server also didn't ask me. I have eaten the meat Jun before a while back and wasn't impressed ack then. Guess that's why I don't get food from here very often.
