Gen's Pearlridge is usually so awesome but this last time was disappointing. The plates were dirty, they took a long time to fill our waters, we had to request for rice and sauces a couple of times before we got it. They were friendly but not attentive. We were patient. The place was not too busy. Not sure what changed but willing to give them another try based on past positive experiences.

Would recommend looking at the menu before you go this way you know what meat you want to eat. Help was great but hard to hear with the music and the mask on them. Other then that everything was awesome.

A lovely little fast food restaurant. Food was cooked to order,fast, friendly service. Kimchi was yummy, bulgolgi delicious. Generous portion size for $13. Restaurant immaculate. I'm not korean but it is one of my favourite foods. We will be back.
