Disappointed in the meal from this store. Wings were mostly fattened and skin, pizza was average. We have eaten at other Pieology stores but this one was not good. Uber eats also played a part in this tho, they failed to collect our food so by the time we picked ir up it was cold.

Order took 24 minutes and when received wasn't the pizza I watched them prepare. Guess my pizza went to someone else and they just gave me one since I asked where it was. My two friends got theirs in about 10 minutes.

Pound for pound the number one pizza joint in town!! Why?? Because, they load you up with 6 types of cheese, approximately 20 types of veggies and 12 types of meats!! I could be off on my count by a few, but you can load all of these toppings on your pizza and then they will bake it in the oven to perfection. The deal sealer is regardless of how many toppings you choose it's the same price!!

Great customer service, timely and clean and friendly atmosphere! For the pizza lovers like me who can never get enough toppings I would highly recommend this pizza joint!!

Food was good. PieRise or Thin were great. Love the brush of olive oil atop and the cornmeal underneath. The young people working were friendly, efficient, accommodating, and patient. The dining area needed cleaning...a lot. Should be done every 15 minutes with the volume they were doing.

Order a vegan pizza and it ended up having cheese on it. I am allergic to dairy so it caused me to have an allergic reaction. This should never happen especially as they offer so many vegan/gluten free options. I am very disappointed in Pieology. I’m always excited to find a place that offers vegan options and this is NOT one!

Worst service I ever had before. I ordered 2 pizzas and one of my pizzas were wrong and I was trying to call them yesterday nobody answers it goes straight to voicemail and I called almost like 15 times. But I didn’t have time to go back because I had to go work already and the pizza was for the family too. I left a message nobody calls back and a text message popped up asking to leave a review and I already left a bad review for them. It says it will go to management and I doubt it, what makes sense on having phone when they don’t answer. I was upset because I couldn’t eat anything since it was the wrong pizza so I just had to get a snack on the way to work.

This place has not improved. Our mobile app order still has not been filled in 45 minutes. At least the air conditioner is working again. Only one more use on our Pieology gift card left. Hooray.

Horrible service… Burned the pizza and wings end up in the floor… might as well burn the business cause of careless service..

I ordered vegan pizzas and received it an hour after it said it would be ready online. Someone who ordered in person received their pizza before I did. I was given a pizza that had real cheese on it. It was someone else's order. The response to this was to keep making the pizzas and then hand me my actual pizzas. I feel like a better reaction to this would have been an apology and refund.

All that being said, they do have great options for vegans.

The Chipotle of Pizza but it is very good pizza
