Was really disappointed on how long it took for us to get our pies. When we did received them they had spent a little too much time in the oven. We spent our entire lunch break ordering and waiting for our pie and the store didn’t appear to be all that busy.

Bad service. My take out order was ready on the counter for five minutes. Another customer came up and said they didn’t get their calzone, so they gave him mine and asked me to wait after I called the cashier out. Asked for a refund, will never come back to this location.

Pizza was ok. Very disappointed when they said they’ve been out of onions and kalua pig for days. 2 items we wanted on our pizzas.

I don't know about everyone else, but I don't like the taste of burnt pizza dough. All I could taste was burnt dough, so I ended up just eating the toppings. What a waste. Once I did that, the toppings were good, and I got my food in a timely manner.

Oh my gosh how do you run out of money at 1:00 pm? And then you borrow feom employees? Then your ice machine is broken? And I am sweating in your establishment...

Find somewhere else to eat. This place looks like it's going downhill.

It was underwhelming to say the less. I have heard of pieology for a while from friends and all have positive comments and reviews. Today was my son’s 8th birthday so I decided to take him somewhere different because pizza is his favorite choice of food. As we were waiting on line to be called next I experienced one of the worst encounter from any restaurant. Not a hello, just pure monotone, no smiles from anyone I encountered. It’s like no one wanted to be there to help us. They chose to work there but yet they were not happy to be there to help us. It is just so sad to see. As I was walking down the line to pay I finally encountered a smile from the cashier. She was very nice. I told her we had. 2 pizzas, 1 garlic cheese beard, 2 cookies , and 4 drinks. Our total came out to be $51. It was okay and my expectations were high considering all the good things I have heard. As we wait my family were eating the sample cookies that was provided and had some soft drinks. Once we got our food we started eating and the first piece of garlic cheese bread I ate I felt something funny in my mouth. I pulled it out and it was a cooper color metal wire that was about 3-4 inches long. It was shocking to me so I show the nice cashier on the counter. She just came with a disposable glove and pick it up and told me it was probably from one of the cleaning brushes. She apologized and I just lost my appetite. My family all didn’t enjoy our first experience there and it will just be like that from now on. My experience will be shared with anyone who would ask me and I will tell them the same story I just share with you here. I just feel there is lack of management and lack of training and positive customer engagement. There is just nothing. It’s just like they don’t care. I just wish you guys the best of luck.

Spent almost $70 for the blandest pizza I’ve ever tasted. Who knew gorgonzola, feta, pepperoni, sausage, and bacon could taste so mild? I wonder where their ingredients come from… And my pizza in particular, whose only protein on it was bacon, only had bacon in the center of it LOL. I will stick to Dominoes LOL!

It was not what I expected compared to Aina Hina location. We went right about dinner time, and it was busy. There was about a 20-minute queue to place your order, and the staff looked exhausted and unhappy. There were three people making pizza and one floater person taking orders in between helping make pizzas. The floater person was just cordial enough to not seem disgruntled. Anything simple like cheese or cheese and pepperoni pizza for the kids, you are better off going somewhere else. There is no value for what you get. However, if you want a more complex pizza with lots of toppings, then this chain is your place. There was very little sauce and cheese (see the pictures). I even asked for more cheese, and it still looked barren. The folks making the pizza seem put off by customers' requests to add more toppings. The staff was just hanging on, and you could see how tired they were, so I gave them credit for staying motivated to work, given the long line and what seems to be a rough day on the job. We won't be coming back for the kids and will probably try another location due to the long wait and poor quality primarily. Staff attitude is another reason we won't be back.

Parking: Mall parking and it is in a very busy section of the mall, so find a space is tough regardless of where you are going in the mall.

This location never fails to serve appropriately loaded pizzas for the price, and I never accidentally get gluten!
