i'm just writing what i experienced there. i always go there for the midnight milk tea and it's really good but i stopped now because their drinks don't taste as good as before. the last two times i went they made the wrong drink for me, i couldn't complain cause i already left the store and was on my way home. i ordered midnight milk tea and for some reason they gave me a coffee milk tea, probably the owner mixed some in there. it was gross cause i don't drink coffee. the second time i went again i asked for lychee jelly and i don't know what jelly they gave me, it was like light yellowish jelly inside the midnight milk tea, don't taste like anything just plain jelly. another thing is, some workers are sure lazy, they just text on their phone when customers are waiting in line to order.

All I can say is the Kapolei location is way better. I got the yogurt mango with mango boba and it had barely any rice and the mango pieces at the bottom tasted off. Would not recommend.

Located in the waimalu shopping center, lots of parking. After having lunch, dinner, or just craving sweets, come here to satisfy your sweet craving. Service is friendly and fast. Boba drinks and ice cream treats. So many flavors to choose from, I'm sure you will something delicious. The halo halo dessert is what I got, and boy it did not disappoint. Wanna come come back and try the other flavors. Been to the one in kapolei, just so cute and adorable snack shop. Love it! See you there!

I and my husband use to go S7 Icy Bubble in Pearl City. When we found the Pearl City location closed, we saw the sign they were going to move new location, more close our neighborhood! We ordered through Uber Eats, but choose for pick up. It was very easy and when our order is ready we got the notification. My husband ordered A Cai Milk Tea and I ordered Cloud Mango. We got a notification for ready our order(earlier than expected) and went to pick up. Located in a Waimalu Shopping Center, that's mean many parking spaces. Got inside, feels like bigger than old location, but you can see lots of staff both side of walls. Some tables and chairs, so you can dine in. We got our drinks, came in a cute cooler bag! (Anyway, if you order through Uber Eats -I'm not sure DoorDash or others- price is little bit higher than inside the store, but I understand that and no problem!) We love both drinks!!!! Their cheese form is sooooo good! Well, I saw the poster on the glass wall from outside. Bubble Waffle is Aiea exclusive!(there wasn't online menu) We gotta try Bubble Waffle next time!!!

Love this place Love the boba drinks and their trinkets too. I always get crack seed and haw flakes. Of course with whatever boba drink I'm craving. My other family members also enjoy their drinks.

"Boba Manifesto (Official Music Video)" - Chris Fleming We put in our order and waited and waited and waited, at one time we thought they put our order on the counter but they didn't call it out, so we ignored it. Some guy walked into the store, swiped the drinks and just walked out. The people behind the counter were like, hey, was that THE guy? And we were like, hey, was that OUR drinks?? After waiting some more ridiculous minutes, I asked them where our drinks were. They said they think the guy that walked in took them...maybe by mistake. We had to wait some more for our order. It was good, but maybe not so good, especially having to wait and wait and wait and no one noticing that we were just standing there. Two drinks were like $11.00 total with tax. Return factor: unlikely due to un-wow factor.
Love the afternoon delight Tea. The boba is fresh and sweet and service is pretty quick these last few visits we've had.

Service was lacking. Nobody greeted as we walked in. The cashier spoke so soft it was hard to hear her through her mask. I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times . We ordered Thai tea with boba and original bubble waffle. The bubble waffle was perfectly sweet. The Thai tea however was lacking overall. It just tasted like plain milk tea. The boba texture was decent but nothing to rave about. Overall first time impression is not great-- probably won't be returning. There's much better establishments nearby.

Customer service was decent, the reason I have given them a 3star was because my Thai tea didn't taste like Thai tea what so ever. Environment was pleasing, they had table games you may play as you wait for your order. What I really enjoyed was the bubble waffles. Aloha.

Drinks are so watery lately it's horrible. The drinks are not cheap so, when they are constantly coming out watery it's extremely frustrating. This establishment use to be good in Pearl city but, since they moved from the service to the quality of drinks has extremely went down hill. Must note this place is dirty!

This is a business located where other Asian restaurants are. After eating some banh mi and pho we decided to get something sweet. Luckily we found this place. My favorite was the waffle ice cream. The waffle has a good taste. I also tasted the creme brulee boba and ube smoothie. The service is good and on the inside it's also a cool store that sells things that no other boba or ice cream shop has.
