They done got the most awkward workers there 24/7 đđ, and the fees are almost a third of what I'm paying for. Food quality and location are the only selling points, you could definitely find better elsewhere. (Also putting the tip jar in FRONT of the payment tablet ain't slick either, literally blocking my card)

Canât get much worse than this. Tasteless pizza slices, lacking basics like salt. Salad is a ripoff, the $12 salad is maybe 15% larger than the $6 one, and only has some lettuce and croutons. The person serving us was rude, seemed surprised we asked questions, in a negative way. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

The taste is not there , needs more flavor & donât ever make new pizzas and combos yall just make everything look and taste weird , no seasoning the only thing that was good was the bread everything else tasted plane , not a recommendation, try again đ

THE BALD GUY IS SO MEAN!!! He was being bossy and always gives me attitude and yells at me for not speaking louder and I've been speaking the same way and he understood me. He must've had a bad day because he's the only one working And he doesn't listen to me and 11 dollars a slice of pizza!! RIP OFF NEVER COMING

Pizza was great, Awesome deals, Great and wide variety of options to choose from. So much great things and places located in pearlridge mall but Sbarro would be my favorite one. Especially their customer service person working the counter . Shout out to Jash who made our visit their most memorable and plan to come back often

As a previous poster warned, just know that you are paying an extra 15% for âSupply Chain Adjustmentâ. I was confused as to how my two slices of pizza came out to almost $18. I asked about it and she said âit doesnât include taxes and feesâ. I selected to print my receipt so I could double check and sure enough there was an added charge for who knows what. I asked the worker what the charge was for and she basically described just overhead costs of running a business. I told her they shouldnât be charging customers this extra fee in this way and why not just increase the price of menu items so we know upfront what we are paying. She said âthatâs why we have our signâ and pointed at the counter below me where my bag was sitting. I moved it out of the way to read the sign (posted by one of the other reviewers).TIP FOR OWNER: to prevent upset customers, put sign somewhere visible to customer BEFORE they order and state itâs an extra 15%. Personally I think you should raise your prices and skip the explanation/conversation all together. Not informing your customer till the very end when ringing them up leaves the impression of shady business tryna sneak in unknown charges.We enjoy their pizza but honestly the interaction left me with distaste for the company and not sure weâll be back.

Beware, they have a "Supply Chain Adjustment" fee of 15%! That's ridiculous....just raise your prices, so we see what we're paying. Don't have a "hidden fee" that you get surprised with when your total comes up. Then it's awkward to ask if the price is correct. They have a sign, but it doesn't say what percent and 15% is crazy high. Service and food was good though.
Came in a little before closing and was greeted by Jash.. she rushed over and helped us when we were at the counter looking at what we wanted. Her customer service was excellent and she was very polite and welcoming. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Jash????

Worked here back in 2000/2001 i believe. And havent neen back since ?. Robert was my manager. Great management and training. The food was great and people I met were awesome! I live on the mainland now and will visit hopefully someday soon!
