Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a fantastic alternative to the mall location, which is just a short walk away. The staff is stellar, much more patient, and the service is wonderful, welcoming, nice, and kind. They have never gotten any orders wrong, and the drinks are good. The environment is great for meetings, and the place is nice and clean. The food and drinks are usually spot on. However, some reviews mention issues. One customer noted the bathroom closed for the night at around 6:15 PM, which is over an hour and a half before closing, and a worker immediately barricaded the door, which was a big inconvenience. Another reviewer stated the cashier/barista did not honor a free refill for a dine-in glass, refusing service because the original drink was an energy drink, and the employee did not explain the policy. Additionally, another customer loves the customer service but says they always seem to get the order wrong, with 8 out of 10 times receiving regular coffee instead of the ordered drink. The cute drawings on the cups and sweet messages are appreciated. Overall, the location offers great hospitality, but there are inconsistencies with orders and policy knowledge.
