My husband first had their chicken sandwich (aka “Mom’s Chicken Sandwich”) a while ago and kept raving about it. He always orders it when he passes thru Pearlridge. I finally took a bite tonight and all I can say is “WOW!” I ended up eating his other half! It truly is the BEST chicken sandwich we’ve ever had. And yes, we’ve tasted chicken sandwiches in other states. The chicken is crispy (not oily), the veggies & bread is fresh, and the sauce is chef’s kiss! My husband wanted to add that kudos to the owner Steve! He and his staff are always super friendly!

I’ve been eating/following Steve’s Chicken since their last two locations. The staff is always super friendly, and the food is always great. It’s all about their chicken - it’s got the right breading, crisp, and texture plus it’s juicy. There’s not much more you can ask for when it comes to chicken!

A true hidden, under estimated GEM! I had the Moms chicken sandwich. This was truly the best chicken sandwich I have had in my 67 years walking on this earth. Give it a try, I promise you won’t be sorry! This is my FIFTH review ever, who would have thought Steve’s Chicken with a funny smile would take me on a culinary journey.

Got the Honey Garlic Chicken Sandwich & 2 choice (10pc) combo wings (Garlic Shoyu Wings & Mild Spicy Seasoned Chicken wings). The chicken is Korean fried chicken style, very crispy and the sauces are delicious! The service was awesome! Would definitely recommend it! GOOD FOOD, GOOD SERVICE!

Very attentive service for an establishment in a mall food court. We ordered takeout and were delayed a bit on our way home, took 40 minutes. Somehow the mom's chicken sandwich and garlic shoyu wings held up well. We also ordered mozzarella sticks. The chicken sandwich was good and fresh chicken, not too salty or processed. The bread was solid, holding up on the monster sandwich. They did go a bit crazy on the raw onions. The wings were solid with plenty of garlic. The mozzarella sticks were eaten, not our favorite. The gentleman taking our order left an exceptional impression. Prices are not cheap, however the quality is makes it a good value. I do wish they had sweetened tea or a drink option other than soda.
The Garlic Shoyu Chicken wings was so disappointing! I ordered ten wings, side rice. and small soda for $34.00. Too expensive and not worth the money! Sorry!

I had the steves lava chicken and it was tasty as Hell, I was like oooh mama sita and I was ringing the bell, it was crispy and juicy and perfect for a snack, it was super spicy like a lava ATTACK... Staff was awesome and I have to say that Hawaii is just an amazing place...

Best Korean chicken I’ve had on the island so far! Crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor exactly how Korean fried chicken should be. The staff is very respectful and brings nothing but good vibes. Great food, great service definitely coming back!
