I got Supreme and Burning Hot chicken wings. Both are great. If you enjoy spicy food, you should definitely try Burning Hot. Supreme is sweet. They have the BEST Korean-style chicken on this island!

Seems like a struggling mom & pop type operation.
There was a handwritten sign on the soda fountain advertising a job for a dishwasher $16/hr + tip.
Enough of that, now tor the food.
I ordered the "Steve's Egg Sandwich Combo"
Despite menu offering options of fries or furikake rice, I wasn't asked what I wanted. Order came out with fries.
Chicken was flavorful and very crispy, as how Korean chicken should be. Portion was really good. Mayonnaise was a bit over abundant, lettuce had visible rust and seemed to be wilted (aside from being put on a deep fried chicken thigh).
Egg was missing from the sandwich.
I asked lady at the counter to address the onions and missing egg.
She said they would re-make the entire order, and wait would be around 20 min. Not having time to wait for the remake, I picked out the onions and left.
Bun was hella flimsy, entire sandwich fell apart.
Luckily I had disposable utensils in my vehicle, which I used to finish my meal.
Maybe give 'em another shot. Still evaluating my thoughts. $25.00 for the combo was a bit much.

If you’re looking for a place that goes above and beyond, Steve’s Chicken is it! The taste is truly exceptional, and the sandwiches are out of this world. Each sandwich comes with two thick, juicy pieces of chicken that are perfectly cooked—honestly, the best I’ve had in a long time. Beyond the amazing food, the service is fantastic, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. You feel right at home with the friendly staff who make sure you have a great experience from start to finish. I can’t recommend Steve’s Chicken enough, both for the delicious meals and the incredible customer care!
Great food and great service!! Employees were very kind, great and funny. I ordered the garlic shoyu chicken wings and snow cheese powder chicken wings. Both were very savory and delicious the best wings I've had in awhile! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to eat at pearlridge??

Inside the mall. This chicken is delicious. If you come from Seattle, this is way better than Pelicana. Ordered garlic, and original.
AMAZING!! We came looking for our chicken spot and we're surprised to see Steve's Chicken in it's place. We were greated by owner operator Steve and his staff. They were very joyful and helpful, they made my 2 daughters day. The chicken was amazing. We tried the Steve's Hot sandwich and the BTS Hot Egg Sandwich. The sandwiches were huge and delectable. The chicken was juicy yet crunchy. We also had the Shoyu Garlic wings which were also delicious. We were also treated to a sample of the Snow Fries, my daughters were skeptical but absolutely loved them. We all did. We are sure Steve and team will keep up the delicious work. We are sure to return. Thanks again Steve and team.

Although I feel for just the chicken sandwich they can be a little on the pricier side, their Steve's hot chicken sandwich was delicious. The regular was $13.99 for just the sandwich,with Steve's hot chicken sandwich coming in at $15.99 and that wasn't even their most expensive. The chicken thighs they use were juicy and perfectly cooked and perfectly breaded. The mixture of the hot and honey with the pickle and onion was a really nice blend of flavors. The bread was fresh and really good too. I did feel like the sandwich was almost too thick at times making it difficult to open my mouth wide enough to bite, but I guess not a bad problem to have. It was very messy, dripping honey juices out the back as you squeezed it to try to take a bite, so be careful when eating it not to spill on yourself. I would definitely come back for another chicken sandwich regardless of it being a little pricey. In comparison to your other options in the food court and their pricing, Steve's is worth it. At least it was really filling and delicious.
