For 17 bucks!? Two drinks. Missing an ingredient the blend was super watery and the girl was fairly neutral. I always go to wahiawa the drinks are always well blended and service is always super great. Will definitely only go to that location

I had great service, I read a review from a few days ago about worker not being helpful, they don't control if management has phone numbers. There is no phone number listed and this location doesn't offer call in orders. Even the workers aren't given the number to this store, annoying yes but not the employees issue. I've always had great service.

What if you don't want to use grub hub or Uber eats to call in an order of one drink? They don't want you to call the Aiea location and Keira was very unhelpful when I asked for the phone number. Wish I could take back my tip...

Next time, if you don’t have boba for a delivery order, atleast call the customer and let them know instead of sending them two VERY SOUR drinks!

Great smoothie but the girl working there was so upset it looks like she's being held there against her will. Maybe this is a thing with all bobaristas but she didn't look us in the eye, greet us, or even have the grace to put on a semi-friendly expression. Good luck to this girl finding her next job because she clearly hates this one

Overall, pretty good experience here. Standard Teaspresso experience, so nothing to complain about! The Seafoam caramel tea and the Teaspesso tea with boba were both great!

The lady that was working there when we went was super useless. I ordered a Vietnamese ice coffee from her and when I received it from her I commented on how dark the color was. She said it was because they’re out of condensed milk, which is what they normally put in Vietnamese coffee. I asked why she didn’t tell me she was out of it when I was ordering and she just kinda shrugged it off. We were the only people in the store at that time so there’s no excuse. I would have ordered a different drink. Next time I’ll just go somewhere else

#1 of all Teapresso In my experience . I been to 5 of them already. And excellent costumer service.Best boba frappe I ever had.

Parking: Easy access

Big shoutout to all of the employees and the manager that works there. Very good customer service, and always welcoming, especially for all the other locations, so far TeaPresso is one of my favorite spots because I’m always satisfied with the drinks they make. Keep up the good work ??
