I'm a supporter of my local Teapresso, but was in the area so I stopped by this location. What a mistake. I got there early unknowingly that they open at 12pm, so I just wait a bit for them to open since I'm already there, and it was just a 10 minute wait. After waiting for them to open, I'm ready to place my order just to find out that they do not have any boba/tapioca, small or large, until 12:45pm. The handwritten note next to the cashier only says no large boba available until 12:45, I would've been okay with small boba so I ask the cashier for small boba. Nope not even available. "No it's not available, the boba has to cook." Disappointed, but nonetheless I already waited. I had to get something to make my wait worth it, so I ordered without boba. Came home to tell my husband about this, and he's in shock that a BOBA SHOP at opening did not have any boba. There are other boba shops in the area. ShareTea is one block away and Hana Tea is a few more blocks down. I'll make the drive to the other boba/tea spots instead of visiting this location. I was a Teapresso fan, just not a fan of THIS one.

Overall, pretty good experience here. Standard Teaspresso experience, so nothing to complain about! The Seafoam caramel tea and the Teaspesso tea with boba were both great!

Came here for a quick refreshment for my thirsty throat. Located at Westridge Shopping Center in Aiea this location has limited parking space but since people come & go sometimes you get lucky to find a parking space.Upon entering we were greeted. I find this location spacious and love how clean and minimalist the interior design.I am in a group and I got so distracted that I forgot to take photo of my own drink. Tsssk... Anyway, I got honeydew milk tea 50% sweetness, organic almond milk, lychee jelly & regular boba. All good and a quench thirster, I did enjoy my drink!I would be glad to come back here to grab some drink if I am around the area.Mahalo for reading & happy juandering fellow Yeeps!

Teapresso has been and will always be in my top 3 milk tea places. They offer coffees, lots of teas, smoothies, slushes, frappes, and lemonade. I'm sure you'll find something to satisfy your cravings. This location in particular is bright and welcoming. Decor is simple (Besides the fun Halloween decorations). It's very clean. There are some seating available - 3 tables and about 3 chairs per table.Nothing in particular stands out. I'm just glad there is a location in this area. Service was great. Shawna was cordial and patient. Once I paid, my order was done expeditiously. My Jasmine milk tea, came out just as I expected it.I highly recommend trying the Match Green Tea Kit Kat!

The lady that was working there when we went was super useless. I ordered a Vietnamese ice coffee from her and when I received it from her I commented on how dark the color was. She said it was because they’re out of condensed milk, which is what they normally put in Vietnamese coffee. I asked why she didn’t tell me she was out of it when I was ordering and she just kinda shrugged it off. We were the only people in the store at that time so there’s no excuse. I would have ordered a different drink. Next time I’ll just go somewhere else

New hole in the wall boba shop near Kimchee 7 in Aiea across from Anna Millers and Pearlridge Shopping Center. The kids were in the boba mood last week, so we did a quick search on Yelp and found Teapresso Bar close by. First impression was kinda lame and uncomfortable. Despite the cute welcoming decor, it felt like a dead little shop with 1 worker present who, I'm guessing, didn't feel like greeting any of us who walked in. It was a quiet few minutes while my daughter debated on what she was gonna try. She ended up choosing the Ube Milk Tea w/ Boba - 100% sweet. The drink was SUPER DUPER sweet to the point where it tasted like artificial sweeteners (Splenda or Sweet 'n Low) had been added and definitely masked any Ube flavor that could've been. I see there are many other items to choose from, and it might not be proper to base the final call on one awkward visit, but for some places, it be like that because unfortunately we won't be back.

I loved how clean and open the space was. The staff was very friendly and answered questions about the menu. I enjoyed the iced Vietnamese coffee with coffee jelly. The brown sugar milk tea was waaaay too sweet for me but the staff did warn me it was very sweet. I would come back for another Vietnamese coffee or to try something new!

Big shoutout to all of the employees and the manager that works there. Very good customer service, and always welcoming, especially for all the other locations, so far TeaPresso is one of my favorite spots because I’m always satisfied with the drinks they make. Keep up the good work ??

8/14/22 When I went in on a Sunday afternoon there were no other customers. I was able to place my order quickly and receive it quickly. The customer service was a little meh...but overall helpful when I had questions. There's several tables to sit at and enjoy your drink. The A/C was strong which is a huge plus considering the hot weather lately. The space is very bright and clean.I ordered 2 Sea Salt foam caramel coffees. I've noticed that most of the Teapresso locations are very consistent in their drinks. I highly recommend this drink if you're a coffee drinker or just need a jolt of caffeine.I plan to visit this location again and recommend you try it too.

Worst Teapresso EVER!!!!!Had lots of complain, the gal who took our order didn't pay attention what we ordered and she asked couple times. Our drinks (mine was Assam, whole milk, 0%sweetened, with big boba/my husband's was jasmin, almond milk, 50% sweetened, big boba) were like less tea flavored like used tea leaves couple times, milk also watery, boba has no taste. (Other Teapresso's boba cooked sweet)WORST part is,, after picked up our drinks and went to grocery shopping, then on our way home, when I sip my drink with boba,,,,, LONG HAIR came with boba. Ewwww!!! So Gross!!! Disgusting!!!!!!NEVER back this location.

I was looking for a place for boba drinks and was happy to see Teapresso Bar in Aiea across of Bed, Bath, & Bodyworks.I usually order a passion tea drink with large boba at other shops, but wanted to try something different. I decided to get the Thai Tea with large boba and was not disappointed. The flavor of the Thai Tea was on point, not too sweet and not too bland. I've been to other boba shops and was disapponted because the flavor for tea did not taste to well. The shop in itself was nice and clean and it the design was cute. The three employees there friendly and the service was very quick. I also liked that they also had ice cream available with different add-ons and also offer different straws for sale on the counter. If you're looking for a good boba place, this is your spot.

How did I not know this location was here since December of last year!?I'm so happy that we came upon this location while picking up dinner from Kehau's Kitchen this week.Mt husband had a BOGO coupon for his birthday from the app and we were told that the Wahiawa and Mililani locations didn't honor it... go figure. I was so pleased when Jazz told me that she could honor it.This location was completely empty when we arrived on a Wednesday evening around 6pm. Jazz and Shawna were the only two working and were both pleasant and cheerful. The menu was a little different from the Mililani location which is the one we frequent and I asked if they could make me a Hojicha milk tea 50% sweet with custard since it wasn't on the menu and they did!My husband ordered his favorite spicy li hing mui pineapple slush. He said it was a little too icy and not very sweet as normal. I told him to go back in and ask them to add extra sweetness for him but he wouldn't. My drink was as good as it normally is, the only difference I noticed is that the custard wasn't as flavorful. I know that Teapresso is a franchise so each location does vary on suppliers. Jazz and Shawna made my night with their up beat friendly attitudes and for this reason I would come back.

So happy this place opened up in Aiea! Workers were friendly and it's cute inside. I've never tried Teaspresso before so I ordered a Honeydew smoothie with lychee jelly. Great flavor and consistency which is so important when it comes to smoothies. Price came out to over $7 which I felt was steep but I think that's the going rate nowadays.I'll be back again... this parking lot gets crowded, though, depending on what time of day it is. Lots of take out spots and 7-11 is right there.I'll be back again to try some other drinks! They have homemade icecream, too!
