I appreciate her deep connection to her roots to Ethiopia and strong emphasis on all ingredients being purely organic, authentic and sourced from local farms. The meal was divinely DELICIOUS!! so good that I had to eat with my hands~ the traditional way! I believe she offers her love and honors her country in the best way ??“
