I was on a mission in Kauai to try the latte at (almost) every cafe on the island. I gotta say that it was a super tough competition - the coffee in Kauai is AMAZING!!! The latte at Trilogy, however, was the overall winner. The texture of the milk foam and the rich taste of the crema made that first sip I took from my cup probably one of the best I ever had, and believe me - as a coffee enthusiast, I've had A LOT. We shared 3 raw cakes, the lilikoi, black forest, and key lime and they were stunning. The lilikoi is by far my favorite. Worth a drive no matter where you are on the island. The server knew what was up vegan-wise. The avo toast looked good, but we were there for something else, glad to be there. Kind staff: worth noting as some places don't welcome vegans or mainlanders.
