I went Thursday about 815p. There's free parking. We usually come to this location, This time i got a banana royale, however was really disappointed. I got pralines and cream and strawberry cheesecake... flavor was good. BUT, i had more banana than ice cream... ha, I'm not sure if I got ice cream because I didn't really taste it either. I also chose caramel typing instead of hot fudge...I also didn't taste or see that. Next time, I'm getting only ice cream so I can see and taste what I got.

Ordered a $13 banana split & the scoops they served was half a kids size! it’s not melted & it definitely isn’t worth it. Waste money! Don’t go to Ewa beach Baskin Robins! They suck!

Brought my kids on a Friday night and the young adults behind counter were so respectful, polite and patient with my family and I. I was expecting it to be cold so I brought a jacket but it felt so warm and cozy. I didn't have to hurry up and eat my ice cream because I was freezing. We took our time and relaxed with our cones! The interior looked remodeled with new seating too!

Princess and Owen we're the best!I picked up an ice cream cake order and the name was spelled wrong by the morning cake decorator. Princess and Owen we're very helpful in trying to fix the cake and provided great service. They even gave the birthday girl a free ice cream scoop!Mahalo for all the help!
Clean, quiet, friendly staff. At my age I can only eat ice cream once in a while so this my go to spot for my fix. Only problem is as soon as I’m done, body starts shaking for more.. ??

If you’re into waiting in lines at shady carnival rides you’ll love this location. As I patiently waited in line for the max five occupancy, I was finally rewarded by entering the stark commercial store. Upon entering I saw two employees not wearing mask. (I’m open-minded so this didn’t bother me). I was however surprised to find they are not doing samples because of Covid restrictions (ironic since mask are apparently optional for employees.) After one of the employees put their phone down, they were able to answer one of my questions, unfortunately the answer to the question was “I think so, but I’ve never tried it.” In summary if you’re into wasting your money and your time definitely give this location a try!
