Brought my kids on a Friday night and the young adults behind counter were so respectful, polite and patient with my family and I. I was expecting it to be cold so I brought a jacket but it felt so warm and cozy. I didn't have to hurry up and eat my ice cream because I was freezing. We took our time and relaxed with our cones! The interior looked remodeled with new seating too!

Service is good but product was terrible. Order 2 large chocolate shakes at $12 each and instead of shakes I got chocolate milk!! Worst shake I've ever had. They used to be the best but I don't know if I would come back for another one.

Princess and Owen we're the best!I picked up an ice cream cake order and the name was spelled wrong by the morning cake decorator. Princess and Owen we're very helpful in trying to fix the cake and provided great service. They even gave the birthday girl a free ice cream scoop!Mahalo for all the help!

Ordered two cakes online and they did not disappoint. Unfortunately during today's pickup, a young gentleman (manager, I think) was working solo with a few customers ahead of me. He was polite, friendly and was working with urgency but still giving impeccable customer service. The store was clean, freezer was well stocked as well as the candles.

Ordered a cake in advance and specifically wanted blue writing on the cakeAnd they wrote it in pink, claiming they only had pink icing. However, the birthday person HATES the color pink. Any other color would of been fine, EXCEPT that color. No one even bothered to call and let me know it was going to having pink lettering, had i been informed earlier, I would of bought the cake elsewhere. The inconsideration of it all, im pissed i wasted so much money on a cake that the birthday person is going to hate.

02/27/23 bought an ice cream cake for my grand baby's birthday. This review was base on the cake and service. Friendly young staff. We got Oreo ice cream chocolate cake which was pretty good. Price is okay. Nowadays everything is pretty pricey. Happy eats!!
Issues with credit card use at this location reported on my neighborhood site when a credit card which was used multiple times for the same purchase at the same time. The store management failed to investigate responsibly. Neighbor advises friends to use cash only at this ice cream store. Buyers Beware Notice!

I don't frequent ice cream shops very often since I try to limit my dairy intake, but the Baskin-Robbins app offered me a very compelling coupon deal of buy-one-get-one-free. So here I am lol. They have an extremely limited dairy-free option (only 1 ice cream in this location), which I am hoping they will expand in the near future. Wouldn't it be great if they also offered a natural sugar-free (stevia or monk fruit) option as well? One can hope!I was fortunate enough to come here when it wasn't packed full, only 1 party ahead of us. So we were serviced pretty quickly. I was happy to learn they still offered samples. So I tried a few flavors before I made my selection of cotton candy. I asked for a child cup to limit my junk food intake, but I'm still going to complain that my ice cream scoop was rather flat and not like the rounded perfection my companion was given. I still savored every spoonful. My ice cream tasted like creamy cotton candy, which brings back fond childhood memories of grabbing cotton candy while at Hickam Base.Life's joys are not always big and grand. Many times you'll find it in the little things, like a scoop of ice cream.

We just came from there and the server wasn't smiling at all and her scoops can be my 5 year old nieces scoop. I ask the server is that how big the scoops are for the banana split and she look at me no expression at all and said yes the scoops for a banana split are small and the whole time she was serving us she didn't smile at all. The size of the scoops are a baby's fist. A 1 month petite new born baby.
