The best pho on the West Side! I am quite a critic when it comes to pho (since there are so many places) but the broth and everything is sooo good! I recommend getting the brisket pho! Can't wait to try more things on the menu!

This is the best place for pho & banh mi on the west side 100%. The pho broth is so rich & flavorful, banh mi baguette is perfectly crispy, yet soft with amazing fillings of bbq flavors & crispy veggies. They also give you a side of broth, which is a nice touch. I’ve tried so many Vietnamese spots on the west side, and this place is hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant. Truly a hidden gem.

Great food and the service is consistently great Love their vegan options eg lemongrass tofu, vegan spring rolls and tofu summer rolls. Pho broth is light and flavorful.

Literally my family and I can't stop ordering. Our go to is crispy spring roll, combo pho and wonton soup!

Attentive service, delicious sandwiches served with a bowl of soup. Fresh flower arrangement on the tables adds a touch of beauty.

I order takeout here all the time. The food is fantastic! I've tried a lot of the menu and everything has been delicious, with good portion sizes. The prices are a bit steep, but I guess with inflation everything costs more these days. My only complaint is that the staff is kind of cold-- not exactly rude, but you feel like they don't like you and don't want you there. It's one of the reasons I order takeout and don't dine in. I notice when I pick up my orders the place is always empty or nearly empty, and I'm guessing this has a lot to do with it. Still very glad this restaurant is here in Ewa, but wish they would be a little kinder and warmer to customers (why I rated 4 stars instead of 5).

All about the broth super balanced in flavor the rice plates are Good. Easily the best pho in ewa. I'd pass on the curry but their beef stew, pho, crab meat soup, spicy beef soup were all phenomenalUber eats deal is the best I've seen $10 off a $20 order its almost cheaper to just get the food delivered

This was our first time trying this place (they've been here about 2 years they said) last time we came here is when tianos were here. Haha Anyway, We arrived and there were no one else eating in the restaurant, but it never stopped them from have great service. We were welcomed and helped right away. The ambiance was clean and it felt so chill. Prices kinda high, but understandable because of inflation. Usually at other places food comes out super quick only because it's simple dishes, but it was worth the price and it was worth the little extra wait because the service was great, the food presentation was great, and the food tasted delicious! Came out hot and fresh and we didn't feel rushed at all even tho other people started coming in. My husband said if we're lazy to go out other places this would be our go to for pho since it's near home. Definitely gonna come here again.

August 2023. Food is easily 5 stars. Visiting from the 9th Island but grew up in LA where Vietnamese food is super competitive and damn good. Even by LA/OC standards, DPV is very good. I would compare the Pho and crispy egg rolls to Golden Deli (San Gabriel, CA) in terms of quality and taste of the broth and brisket. Even visually they are similar. The noodles at DPV is a level above though because it's that good. Like they were just made in the back by a Vietnamese mother who was making it from a family recipe that dates back centuries. Seriously it's that good. Service is 5 stars. Family owned and operated. The chef is the matriarch and her daughter and son in law, both very nice, run the front of the house. Has the feel of eating over your aunts home. Ambiance is 4 stars. Clean and roomy and nothing fancy but comfortable! Yelpers, this pho spot is a little out of the way but worth the trip. Food is excellent and great value.

Went on a Wednesday night 1hr before closing at 8pm. First time here. Good size restaurant to accommodate lots of groups... clean and simply decorated. We ordered our favorite dishes and was pleased with the freshness and flavors. Nice, family-run restaurant. We will definitely return.

I got the grilled chicken banh mi and it came with a side of soup. I love to dip my banh mi sandwich in soup and the flavor was delicious! Got the tofu summer rolls to try and all the veggies were refreshing and the peanut sauce was good.BF got the grilled chicken bun. That was delicious the noodle was little thicker then we are used to eating but the flavor is good. I would definitely eat there again!
