I wanna say that it's been awhile since me and my family had been to KFC but their very known chicken bucket was not the same as it used to be it was somewhat hard and VERY much was SMALLER than what it used to be, now it just looks like they went on a budget and got store bought chicken wing sized like on the smaller side but also I thought also do they slaughter baby chickens now? ... Although but they were nice.I'm extremely disappointed in KFC. I wanna also put out that the reason me and my family stopped eating out at KFC was due to the fact that their prices were EXTREMELY high... I would think they would be better but it looks like the end of KFC if not for now?... very disappointing☹️

Chicken was dry and seemed like it was cooked hours earlier and keep under lights,as was the fries,cold Like KFC but that's the last time if the Ewa Beach store continues to serve meals like that. Coleslaw is always good.

Ordered two “new” famous bowls one regular and one Nashville hot both were regular. Told the cashier I wanted to pay separately for one regular bowl and one Nashville hot combo he put them both on the same order. I told him twice at the window I wanted to pay separately he looked at me and said “ yeah $18 “ if I thought about taking a picture of the bowl I would tell you not worth the price. They give you a big takeout bowl but inside was 4 chicken nuggets and a scoop of Mac and cheese. Could have fit both bowls in a mash potato container. They going to shut down soon

I'd have to agree with the last review when we order through the drive thru we get an attitude really rude then our order was missing the coleslaw on top of that I tried calling I let it ring for atleast 2 to 3 minutes no one answers the phone that's F...ed

Update! 2 years later! They're still terrible. Placed an Uber Eats order for a tender box and they canceled it out immediately. Tried again, same thing. Drove to the restaurant to just order in person and the place is DEAD. There was 1 person in the drive through with me and no one in the dining area, middle of the afternoon. Still managed to get our sides wrong and the fries are so stale and tough they might be from yesterday. Insane how they stay open.

I'm excited to get to be the first to review their new Meatless Chicken Bone Jerky! Ordered a 3-piece tender and a 2-piece combo with mashed potatoes for both. The tenders were okay but you're only allowed to have 1 Sauce packet so spread that stuff thin! Both orders came with the soggiest undercooked French fries you can find on the island, instead of mashed potatoes. The 2-piece dark meat combo included a small drumstick and a completely meatless fried piece of bone that may have been a shoulder blade or a chest piece. Zero exaggeration, the picture shows it as we received it, I just pulled the batter apart so you can see it's just fried bone. They've been getting skimpy with the meat for a long time now because someone has it in their head that a combination of price-gouging and quality reduction will bring in the business. Good luck. Eventually people will get fed up. The next KFC isn't -that- far away. Additionally, KFC advertises that they deliver through Grubhub, online, on their boxes, and with stickers on the store window, but when you try to place an order their site says that "this location doesn't deliver etc". Then why advertise it? Anyway, as others have stated, check your food in the drive through, realize that some of their "5 star" reviews are from their own employees and friends and even if you're the -only- customer on the property, don't assume they can get something like "mashed potatoes with everything" right.
