This place closed for renovations for a bit but now it's open again! We got our delivery in less than the quoted time of 55 minutes. Our driver let us know when they arrived and the pizza was hot and fresh. So tasty!

Pizza selection was changed/defaulted to one vastly different one than selected. Could of been my mistake, somehow, didn't catch it before checkout. Not convinced it's not a website issue. It was very slow in responding.

horrible absolutely dumb drivers , delivered pizza to the wrong address didn't communicate manager didn't call back after calling 8086431111 several times they said manager is going to call me ..never did after 1 1/2 hours of being patient is what I was told to be lol finally the worst tasting meat lovers pizza on pan crust was soggy soft like hand tossed can't even get a good tasting pizza plus paid a delivery fee and a tip for the worst tasting worst servers 43$ for 2 personal pan and one meat lovers don't go here newly remodeled but shitty every thing

According to their tracker, 10min to prepare is great but took over 40 mins to deliver only 2mi away. Store wouldn't answer phone. Items were missing when I got the order and again store wouldn't answer the phone. Message was sent by call center to call me but never called. Food thrown in boxes. Quality was lacking. Pan pizza looked sad l...Pizza Hut's competitor makes a better pan pizza that looks and tastes more like how Pizza Hut used to make.

This is supposed to be an XL pizza with Xtra cheese... Not the first time they've sent a very poorly made pizza, but it will be the last time we order. Mind you, the pizza was $16, delivery fee $5.00 and tip $7.00. You'd think they could get the one and only pizza on the order correct. This is just blatant laziness. If they didn't realize how $hitty it was when it went in the oven, whoever took it out could clearly see that MOST of the pizza is bare and definitely didn't have the extra cheese I requested (and paid for).

I was so excited to order my free birthday gift (opted for free Cinnamon sticks) from Pizza Hut, and I posted an extra icing pack on the side. Sadly, when I received my order, I got my icing pack stored inside the pizza box with pizza and NO Cinnamon sticks. I called Pizza Hut right away, and they were able to reach out to the Ewa Beach branch for my missing Cinnamon sticks. They said that they could send it out for delivery when a driver returns..I'm glad it's an easy fix, and the driver came back within 25 minutes. I'm still disappointed that I didn't get it in the first place.. and to have a warm melted icing pack stored with my pizza was a first.
