I ordered customized bean burritos and added chicken to both of them. They did not come with chicken at all. Ordered diet Baja blast and when I came to get order they gave me regular and said they don’t carry diet. Idk why they give you option online for diet.

This has the worst drive thru layout. You're constantly blocking cars parked on the side while in the drive thru. The wait is long. Some young employee was not paying attention to a rolling trash bin that he left outside and IT HIT THE SIDE OF MY CAR. Had to move it myself and he completely ignored me when I said what happened. No acknowledgment or apologies given. Left the drive thru line without ordering. People at the Kapolei location are much nicer. Train your people better.

The food is good quality,the atmosphere is through the roof since they renovated,but the service is slow and busy(workers are still nice).they have bathrooms limited.
Wheelchair accessibility: Even though they do have lots for handicap,they are clogged up by people without them or the people with it are too close together for the doors to open.
These operators suck! I showed up at 9:30 and the dining room was closed. The drive through line was to the street. Barley moved. Why be the slowest fast food? The operators have no respect for Ewa Beach.
