First of all I just wanted to say that me and my woman was literally waiting for almost 45m just so I can get the smallest smoothie ever and she can get a bowl that wasn’t even worth the wait at all. The workers didn’t even start making anything until 40m later. That is just horrible service and honestly just lazy. We will never go back to that establishment ever again. Literally wasted 45m of our day for nothing when we could’ve been enjoying our day. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone unless you want to wait 45m for a small drink.

Great bowls, a large is enough for two people.

Avoid. Paid $25 to be treated poorly and eat one of the worst açaí bowls. Avoid.

PISS POOR SERVICE WITH NO ALOHA- I love the bowls and frequent here a lot but mannnn the service absolutely kills the vibe. Came here for mother’s day. The girls working looked so disinterested and put out when you give them the order. They ask a name for your order but never call you when they put the bowls on the counter just feet from you. The bowls were sitting on the counter for probably 5 to 10 minutes so we got up and stood in front of the counter and patiently waited for acknowledgment to see if the bowls were ours. Not one person gave us eye contact, manager was standing there. He had previously told the girls not to eat in front of customers and they rolled their eyes. Standing there for three minutes and asking a few times if these were our order and we were not acknowledged. I work in hospitality, I try to be polite and respectful as I know how customers can be difficult and rude, so I want to make experiences for other food staff as positive as possible. Smiling at the girls, trying to be upbeat with them and show warmth and aloha, all that was returned were no smiles, bland personalities, bland service no warmth at all. These bowls have always been my favorite, but getting treated like this time and time again really takes away from the experience especially when you’re trying to celebrate a special occasion.

The large banzai bowl could feel 3. The Maui sunrise was so fresh, acai flavor, and other tropical fruits mixed in were all great!

Tons of fresh fruit a top. They don’t skimp here. And no ice in the blend. Really enjoyed the acai bowl overall.

Lots of seating indoors with metal tables and chairs and some high top chairs.

Ruined my food. Used the blender plunger from the one before mine that had peanut butter on it. $17 for nothing. Maybe rinse the plunger off before using it on the next one.

I live in Waialua and rarely come here, and today reminded me why.

When I walked in, there was no one in front of me and no one behind me. The manager appeared to be having a loud, uncomfortable conversation with two young girls that didn’t feel appropriate for a workplace setting. After finishing the conversation, he left without helping customers. Two different women sitting on both ends of me (that came in like 5 minutes after me) were obviously feeling uneasy and getting frustrated as well. Because no one welcomed us in and no one was making our açaí bowls. Super frustrating!

My açai bowl was started with a group of others, but mine sat there without toppings while they continued preparing bowls for customers who had arrived about 15 minutes after me. After 20 minutes, mine was still sitting unfinished while others were being completed.

I also observed an employee touch inside her ear and then continue preparing food without washing her hands, which was concerning.

When I asked for a refund because I needed to leave, they were suddenly able to finish my bowl within seconds. I just wish the same urgency and professionalism had been shown from the start.

Unfortunately I don’t care to support this business anymore. I just hope that my feedback will help them improve.

This merchant has need of some help. I am still waiting for my bowl and although I’m sure it’s going to be awesome it’s a travesty that there’s only one girl working here trying to do this all by herself. She seems like a very composed and intelligent young woman but she’s absolutely overwhelmed. I’m sitting here watching customers come in and leave because she just can’t do everything alone….

Took me 40 minutes to get a smoothie it killed the entire vibe I was bored out of my mind… there should no reason it takes 40 minutes to make a smoothie, I could have went back there and made my own smoothie in half the time. The workers are lazy out of their mind.
