The first time I had Giovanni’s, the shrimp was smothered in a garlic butter sauce that clung to the shrimp. It was so good that I remember eating the shell. Unfortunately, it's not the same anymore.

The Scampi Shrimp was incredible! However, the Hot and Spicy Shrimp was extremely spicy, and while it was decent, it wasn't my favorite. I'd recommend it to those who can handle spicy food, but others may want to approach with caution.

Crowded, but a great atmosphere of people coming together to eat. You gotta grab your spot quick and the line can be pretty long. Service gave a laid back vibe and they’re pretty funny.I’m a garlic fiend so the scampi was my fave, buttery garlicky deliciousness with perfectly cooked rice. SO & kiddo would’ve enjoyed something else, but they ate it (scampi and garlic hotdog). I think it was just a bit too garlicky for their taste. My dad is on my level. Smother it in butter and garlic and we’re good to go!Parking: Small lot

Drove all the way here from Waikiki to find out it’s closed every Tuesday, please update your hours!! Just drove here for the 2nd time this week (Friday, May 17th) and closed AGAIN!! Brutal, socials say it’s closed because of weather but other trucks open

We ate the Garlic Shrimp at Giovanni's Shrimp Truck.These are served with rice and lemon.Tasteful for a food truck10/10!In front of the truck there is a covered seating area with enough seating. Parking is possible directly on site, as is card payment.The toilets on site were a bit run down, but that wasn't a big deal since it's not a restaurant, but a food truck!The food truck is located in a square right on the street with several food trucks (as usual in the area).Definitely a must stop if you're in the corner!
