This food truck serving Japanese style food was recommended to us by some people working in the town. When we went for lunch we saw 4 guys from the local fire department eating there so that was a good sign that the food must be good. We had the tempura, crispy spicy ahi, sukiyaki beef, ramen and were not disappointed. You order from an ipad that they have at the counter and they do not take apple pay or cash so make sure you have a credit card. The process is a little impersonal but our meals were very tasty.

We have been coming to the North Shore of Oahu for 15 years. No.7 is by far the number one poke on the island. It has never disappointed us. Their rolls are also superb. I highly recommend this food truck for anyone who loves poke.
Mentioned I have shellfish allergies when ordering poke bowl and they made sure there was absolutely no contact contamination. Amazing staff! Super friendly and care.Fresh tasty fish and speedy service❤️ definitely visiting again

Best tofu poke on island in my opinion! Spicy miso and spicy garlic are so yummy ? karaage chicken is also delicious. I wish they still took phone orders, instead of only online, since service can be kind of spotty up north. So plan accordingly and enjoy!

No 7 Japanese Food Truck was one of the stops on our North Shore food crawl. We stopped by on a Sunday just after 11. We ordered beef sukiyaki, chicken karaage, and spicy miso tonkatsu. All plates come with rice and a side salad. Everything was really good but my favorite was probably the tonkatsu. It's weird because I don't normally like pork cutlets since they tend to be dry, but not here. It was fried to perfection, and the combination of spicy miso and katsu sauce went really well together. There are a few picnic tables by the food truck area, but you will be competing for your food with all the flies. Next time, I think I would probably just order to go, but I'll definitely be back for more tonkatsu.
