Crispy Grindz Haleiwa offers slow but absolutely delicious service, as everything is made to order. They serve assorted pastels, chicken coxinha, pāo de queijo, and açai bowls. The pastel is huge and packed with filling, while the coxinha is stuffed with super-moist, flavorful chicken. The pão de queijo is also very good. The Coxinha is a standout and worth the stop. The açaí bowl was underwhelming, but the coxinha is a must-try. Despite some minor issues with the pão de queijo and brigadeiro, the food is still delicious. Check for tables behind the food trucks for a nicer dining experience away from the crowded street.
