I rarely ever write reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. I had the best customer service with Sky at the Haleiwa location. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind while taking my order. He even made suggestions that made the whole experience even better. Sky went above and beyond, and I wanted to ensure he got recognition.
This has been one of our favorite date night places on the island. The pizza and the atmosphere is out of this world! The addition of the Shark’s above location made us love them even more! The family that runs it is so great, and we love chatting with them every time we visit. Thank you Gabriel, Isaiah, and staff for all of the amazing times at Jax!
this was our first time at Jax Wood Fired Pizza and we were absolutely blown away. not only is it the best pizza you will ever have, but the service is amazing as well! family owned & operated, who doesn’t love that! mahalo for making our experience the best.
