Wow, so fun to watch them hand throw the sourdough crust. We chose to have a gyros wrapped in the sourdough crust. That was delicious. I also had a beet and goat cheese salad The vibe is casual with a nice outside deck with some picnic tables. I totally recommend it even…they even give you a free cookie!
Best Sourdough Pizza We’ve Ever Had – Totally worth the drive.
We stopped in on a whim and I’ll still be thinking about this pizza days later. The sourdough crust is legitimately incredible – tangy, chewy, and gone we didn't leave the cruat behind. You can tell they take the starter seriously. This is the “right way” to do pizza and it shows.

We were headed somewhere else to eat but were drawn into this awesome pizza joint! The pizza was delicious! Loved the Hot Hawaiian and Kailua Pork Pizza and the Beet and goat cheese salad. Loved the organic ingredients and sourdough too!! We will definitely be back!
