**Rude front person lady (elderly white/hispanic). Walked up to place an order and it's my first time here (wanted to try their food if it's any good) but kids were asleep so take out was only option for me. She was looking at me and I was the first one to acknowledge or say a nice greeting (shows her awesome customer service from the get go). This elderly server lady on the front was not helpful at all on placing my order (I had what I wanted, just didn't know they had options on how it can be ordered, like as burrito, taco.. etc) there were no recommendations from her, qnd mind you she just threw the menu on top the desk and said which one, we have different kinds (still didn't explain what she meant by different kinds). I stepped back to allow walk in customers ahead instead of holding her back from her duties. I returned and made sure my order was specified this time around and then she placed my order for me. Still she had no sense of good service from this second contact, no sense of hospitality or customer service at all. I see they have open seats but did not want to take up any as I will not be dining in. She said she will return with the total invoice. Upon her return with the invoice, only then I heard her talk in a friendly voice while handing me my receipt to sign and add optional tip. Before signing the receipt she smiled and offered if I wanted some water to drink while I wait but kids were asleep in the car so I politely declined and said I will be inside my car, second stall by their front door. She also stated that she will be bringing my food out to me, which I thought was pretty nice (though the timing appeared suspicious, only after handing me the tip form she shows some kind of customer service with a smile). The invoice came back which I completed n signed with a line on the tip as I was just planning to give cash instead of adding to the card charge. she did the worse thing she could do. As I walk away back to my vehicle with plans of adding cash tip since I have to wait for my food long anyway, this lady chased after me and said "you know what, you can come get it yourself!" From this point I was thinking, I was going to get it myself anyway but damn, that was not cool. So I decided to not give the tip after all. When I received my order, I sincerely thanked the lady despite her last rude comment of "You know what, you can come get it yourself!" She responded by sarcastically yelling another rude comment, "NO THANK YOU, FOR NO TIP" Food was only average at best. Portions were good though. The male worker (possibly manager or owner) walked by was nice enough to acknowledge me standing and waiting in the front while the rude worker was away in the beginning. I do not dress to impress, I wear casual clothes but I have money to spend especially on eating out. This worker Probly judged me by my t-shirt shorts n slippers outfit and made the decision to give less than that of an acceptable customer service. I will not be returning to this place nor would I recommend this to anyone who is seeking good food, service and experience. They might encounter the same rude lady and be as displeased as I am. I did not get the employee name but I will not forget her.

Best Tacos I've ever had I've been eating tacos my entire life and I've never had tacos quite as good as these we came out on a busy Saturday and they still came out fast. The Music in the restaurant made for an amazing atmosphere for all ages, Our server Olivia was really nice which added to the overall atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area

We spent the day on the beach of the North Shore and were starving by days end. What a fun little hide-away restaurant we found on our way back to the Waikiki beach area. Perfect end to our day!

Love the vibes here. We were walking the shops and decided we wanted margaritas and nachos for taco Tuesday. We got sat promptly at the high top bar area. The bartender was very friendly and she makes great drinks! We got margaritas and a Michelada. It was huge! We got it with Pacifico and it was refreshing. The nachos were huge but not much meat on it and for adding birria... little disappointed because it wasn't as robust and flavorful as I expected. Nachos were crispy and fully loaded with cheese and black beans though! The interior was nice and clean as well. Definitely a place I'd come to again for signature cocktails

Jorge's was ok. The food was cold when it came out. There there was no hot salsa. The food was also very dry. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The restaurant was filled with traditional decor and very clean.

The worst mexican food I've ever had. Order some nachos and it was chips, can beans, a watery cheese and guacamole. We couldn't eat eat.Also ordered melted cheese with chips and it was cheese with milk. Looked like a milk with maybe melted cheese.couldn't eat it.when I asked if they had melted cheese, for a dip, they brought me shreded cheese from a bag.Very expensive and not worth a cent.
Great food and even better service! Bar was full and still had a very attentive, patient, lovely bar tender who kept up with everyone's orders without ever missing a beat!
