While not visibly on the menu, the taco truck offers a variety of gluten-free and vegan options. One day I simply didn't want meat, so I ordered a vegan taco salad bowl. It was amazing, looked like a work of art, and was proudly presented for my approval, before being handed-off.
Lots of young folk working there, and their eagerness to please the palette was refreshing to me after a long day. I'd definitely recommend this place for a decent meal and a smile.
