Capt Sam's Food Truck Reviews
Every time I see the open light, my car automatically stops in for a fresh fish option. Surprisingly, this is one of the few places to find a fresh-catch and Captain Sam's has a knack for seasoning just right.
A pretty damn delicious food truck. Would highly recommend their Kalua Pork. Generous portions with bountiful sides. There’s tons of outdoor seating in the food truck park. Service is fast. Also, there’s many other options for food within the park if your group wants to split up. If in the area, would definitely recommend, especially given that there aren’t many other options!
The spicy ahi was delicious!!

Capt Sam's Food Truck is a reasonably priced eatery located in a park with other food trucks. The portion sizes are good, and the food truck is known for its fresh-catch options and well-seasoned dishes. The menu offers a variety of options, including the highly recommended fish and chips and the Korean chicken plate, which is actually Korean fried chicken. The panko shrimp is also a favorite, earning a 10/10 recommendation. The food truck accepts credit cards without a fee, a rare perk in the area. However, the outdoor seating area can be affected by flies and bugs, and Wi-Fi and service are not available. While the food is delicious and hearty, the atmosphere can be cute and vibey, though service may be slow when busy. Despite these drawbacks, Capt Sam's Food Truck is a fantastic place to enjoy a quick lunch, especially for its crispy fish and chips served with a unique black sauce.
