The meal was so delicious, made with local ingredients, which was important for us, he catered to our allergies and made me, the bride, a special dish. All of the people in our party commented that this was the best meal they had all week and the hollandaise was the best they’ve ever had! Not only was the food great; the presentation was absolutely beautiful and Chef Ryan was so nice and down to earth! I hope we get to see him again soon!
