The smoothie is great

Got a smoothie with mango, passion fruit, and lemonade and it was extremely tart (though that is to be expected with those ingredients).

The smoothies were average overall—not particularly standout in flavor or quality. The price was high for the medium cup you get, but it was still a refreshing option on a hot day. Need to request no honey for most drinks. Protein powder is vegan (but confirm each time as I have a feeling this may not be an intentional decision. Cash or Venmo only.

I arrived there with my daughter to get something fresh, nobody was in the trailer. I noticed two girls talking and smoking behind but it wasn't clear if they were working there or not as they were clearly ignoring us. After 2 minutes waiting I asked if they were working there. One of them answer obnoxiously that yes but she was taking a break, and went back to her conversation. I waited 5 more minutes but she was clearly taking her time, maybe making a point. That was so weird.
I mean, first if a customer comes to your booth, at least acknowledge him. And also, it be great not to wait 10 minutes so you can finish you smoke. Anyway, very weird experience, I really wanted to encourage this business but it's clear that they have plenty with all the tourist's money around.

This was the best brunch experience we have ever had in NYC. From the macaroon and bakery options when you walk in, to the ambiance and decor, to the food and amazing wait staff. We can not recommend enough!

Afternoon tea has always been something we've enjoyed during our travels around the world and the US and we've always had a wonderful experience. Today marked the first time we have had a terrible tea experience. We came here to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday while visiting her from across the country during her college fall break weekend. The restaurant was loud and crowded and service was slow. When our server finally arrived to our table, we attempted to order the afternoon tea set and were advised the restaurant was out of food. He told us we could just order baked goods and that would make for the same experience. My husband and I were annoyed nobody had called to tell us about this situation nor had it been mentioned before we were seated. We opted to leave the restaurant rather than piece together some lesser experience at a fairly costly price. Unfortunately, since we had not been advised of the situation ahead of time, there was no opportunity left to get another reservation elsewhere to fix this special birthday meal gone wrong. We left extremely disappointed and will never return. I've already told numerous foodie friends about our experience and have posted about it on socials as well. The fact we were not made aware of the afternoon tea being a non-option was far more the issue than the food being unavailable. The situation was handled very poorly and not at all what we would expect from a restaurant of good reputation and that price level.

My recent experience at LaDuree SoHo was disappointing at best. I reserved a table for 2 for the outdoor garden seating and when we arrived was told there were no tables available in the garden, though we saw empty tables. Additionally, my husband and I were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and hoping to enjoy an afternoon tea service as we had at the LaDuree in Paris on our wedding/honeymoon trip. Unfortunately, this was also a disappointment, as we were told by our server the kitchen was out of tea sandwiches and scones. How does a tea house that serves afternoon tea run out of tea sandwiches and scones at what was one of the early afternoon tea seatings? Again, the experience was disappointing at best.

Do. Not. Come. Here. I have never had more miserable, angry, and MISSING waiters. It felt like we were being punked. This waitress had the audacity to roll her eyes at us when one of our group members didn't hear the waitress say they were out of the quiche. They also no longer sell alcohol and it was the most awkward weird explanation. This place was empty, it was once PACKED. They are doomed with their current staff. (Other than one bus boy, he was wonderful and I'd like for him to be recognized by management for his can do attitude and kindness.)

We are big Ladurée Paris fan. In the main dining room where we were, the seats were filthy. It lacks the Ladurée Paris' flair and perfection. The bathroom was also a disaster. It made us feel that nobody cares over there. The garden sitting feels also cheap. We will not return to this location.

This was such a nice place to have lunch with friends. Beautiful setting. The food was delightful. Staff was very accommodating.

Menu not as broad as it used to be. Omelet was served lukewarm and surprisingly firm (overcooked) for a French omelet - almost as if pre-made and held too long before serving. Been coming here for years and this was a most disappointing experience.

Best drink on Maui. These are the best drinks on Maui. I can say that because I live here. A nice ladies named Tori Alice? Made my drink with a smile.

Always a pleasure to have brunch here, especially outside if weather permits. The croissants are memorable and the brioche French toast is amazing.

It's definitely a love place to have brunch. Good is amazing! The portion of the food is perfect. The taste of each meal and dessert I got was absolutely superb! I can't wait to go back.
