The smoothie is great

Namita Seelam

Got a smoothie with mango, passion fruit, and lemonade and it was extremely tart (though that is to be expected with those ingredients).

The smoothies were average overall—not particularly standout in flavor or quality. The price was high for the medium cup you get, but it was still a refreshing option on a hot day. Need to request no honey for most drinks. Protein powder is vegan (but confirm each time as I have a feeling this may not be an intentional decision. Cash or Venmo only.

I arrived there with my daughter to get something fresh, nobody was in the trailer. I noticed two girls talking and smoking behind but it wasn't clear if they were working there or not as they were clearly ignoring us. After 2 minutes waiting I asked if they were working there. One of them answer obnoxiously that yes but she was taking a break, and went back to her conversation. I waited 5 more minutes but she was clearly taking her time, maybe making a point. That was so weird.
I mean, first if a customer comes to your booth, at least acknowledge him. And also, it be great not to wait 10 minutes so you can finish you smoke. Anyway, very weird experience, I really wanted to encourage this business but it's clear that they have plenty with all the tourist's money around.

Menu not as broad as it used to be. Omelet was served lukewarm and surprisingly firm (overcooked) for a French omelet - almost as if pre-made and held too long before serving. Been coming here for years and this was a most disappointing experience.

Maui Hoppin

Best drink on Maui. These are the best drinks on Maui. I can say that because I live here. A nice ladies named Tori Alice? Made my drink with a smile.

We came for afternoon tea but they only had one left. Slightly disappointed we ordered it anyways. Tiny portions. The macarons and Eugenies were delicious but the tartlets not very good. The price ($70) made me glad we weren't able to purchase three after all. The location is lovely and the staff very kind. Absolutely no slight to them. But Laduree can do better.

The quiche looked and tasted like it came out of a box. Also very small. The avocado toast had much too much goat cheese. It overwhelmed the rest of the ingredients. With all the amazing places for brunch in manhattan, will not be going back to laduree.

Yes so I made reservations for my mother's dinner Tuesday at 5PM. I asked in person to please help confirm kitchen will be open. Came over on Tuesday September 3, 2024 at 5pm and kitchen was closed. Total dissatisfaction, I rather management be upfront with important events. I would not recommend this location for special occasions

The food was pricey and sub par. Service was horrible. Waiter came over twice to take our menus away even though we still had not placed our order. Our water was never refilled despite having an empty cup for most of our time there. The outdoor space is beautiful.

We had a great experience at the Laudree restaurant. We had an impromptu gender reveal where we asked our waiter to bring us colored macarons after showing them a card with the gender written on it. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, brought us complimentary macarons with a golden lid covering them and a couple champagne flutes, they unveiled them so ceremoniously and even announced to the other guests and everyone clapped making our experience extra special. We're so grateful to the whole staff for making our day so memorable.

Where should I begin...We were very disappointed with the lunch we had at LADURE. I was there with two of my girlfriends and it's been a while since we have been to that location. The food was tasteless. The croissant was hard. The service ok, we order sparkling water, never got it and was charged for it. After bringing it to their attention, they took it off the bill, which was nice. I will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Honestly everything other than the salad was subpar the salad was really good. I would say the baked goods were just off a little undercooked and the desert was just meh! But the staff was absolutely lovely. I live in Manhattan and have always wanted to go so I went with a friend who was visiting just because I wanted to take them to tourist spots. It's definitely a tourist location.

Laduree is still beautiful and we loved our waiter, He and the rest of the staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and professional. We were just very disappointed in the food. They have changed their menu and took off one of their signature dishes: chicken voulevant. The tea service was fair -the small croissant filled sandwiches were fine, the scones were small and cold. I had to ask for jam and butter. Our chicken with fries was so salty that we could barely eat it but we were so hungry we ate what we could. The fries are tasty. I know they are going to discuss updating the menu and I do hope that they do! It was our favorite place to go when in Soho.
