Longies Shave Ice and Treats

I really miss Kaua’i! I would go to Long’s almost every Friday during Art Night for shaved ice.

We got the Guava shaved ice and it was really great. Not too sweet and very refreshing on a hot day!

Great shaved ice. Great service. Highly recommend.

The shave ice was good but the employee wearing a DO NOT DISTURB shirt was rude and seriously lost my appetite. I needed a second spoon which is an extra cost but she shut the window so fast the first time I had to wait until she was helping the next customer. I will not revisit this establishment.

Staff were not the friendliest but shave ice was amazing!

The fruit flavors taste artificial, and the staff is far from friendly. Charging $0.50 for an extra spoon is just outrageous. Negative experience — I wouldn’t recommend it.

The best shave ice hands down!! A must stop whether on vacation, taking a lunch break, or having a craving for a sweet treat!! And their friday night specials at art night are always bomb.com!!!

This is a great small family business and you can feel that in the atmosphere. You know that feeling where you’re hanging out with your friends on a hot day outside and your mom brings you all a cold treat so you don’t overheat and you just vibe and sit in the shade for a bit enjoying with your friends? This is that feeling.

My wife got some shaved ice and I got a chocolate milkshake. We kept stealing bites/sips from each other because we couldn’t decide which one we liked more. Not a single drop was left when we were done. Turns out both were just really really good. I wished I had time to get another to go.

I don’t know Longies’ family, but the atmosphere made me feel like I was part of it for just a little bit.

They have pre-selected flavor options which is good, coz sometimes your own flavor choices just doesn’t go well together.

The best shave ice! We stopped here two days in a row and would have went again if it were closer to where we were staying. We tried five different flavors and all were amazing. Would also recommend the coconut milk drizzle!

A wonderfully fruity refreshing treat during the heat of the afternoon. A nice shaded sitting area away from road.

Just look at the prices! At least $2 cheaper than elsewhere. Great selection of flavors, and the lady who helped us was so nice. She was closing but served us graciously anyway. I tried the pog, and it might be my new favorite. The banana was underwhelming, but lychee was great. My husband had cotton candy, cherry, and something else, and it was very good. Give it a try! Hanapepe is very cute!
