This place is so good and the people who work here are really friendly. I love that they have games to play while waiting for your ice cream too. Not ashamed to say that I've been here multiple days in a row. Best ice cream spot in Hilo in my opinion.

My First time enjoying experience of rolled icecream it is satisfying and tasty , love love loved it so much!! And the final product makes it picture worthy ! It’s a vibe to say I came to Hilo and had their rolled icecream !! Just upset I didn’t stop in before on my last 2 trips , I will try to go again before we leave this vacation trip ❄️🧊🍦🍨.

Chillville is absolutely our favorite spot for a sweet treat in downtown Hilo! The location is great and it's such a perfect destination for an after-school or weekend outing with the kids. My kids are always stoked when we tell them we're headed to Chillville! They love the entire experience, especially getting to customize their own rolled ice cream with tons of mix-ins and toppings.
